Walked in and got a haircut. It is a good haircut. Within a few bucks of my regular barber, but conveniently close to work. Im a guy, so that pretty much checks all the boxes. The hot towel at the end was a nice touch.

Had to go here while visiting elderly mother who would not stop harping about my beautiful long hair. Needed it more professional . (Southern for shoulder length??) A mean blonde woman with visible snot on her mask took care of me and and my 2 and a half year old son. Insulted my hair and then called my son bad when her cried at the buzzer.(I buzz him at home, taking breaks and saying kind words until he calms, she demanded I hold him tighter which scared him more) A wonderful cashier helped to calm him asking about his shoes etc....Stylist left him completely uneven.i will have to fix when I get home DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve been going to this Supercuts since it moved from the old Publix mall across the street. I see Ann and Jacqueline. I’ve been getting my haircut by Ann for a few years and I’ve always been satisfied. She’s very personable and always makes me feel comfortable. Jacqueline has done my eyebrows and did a very good job. I also buy products from Jacqueline and she always has good recommendations for my hair, which tends to be frizzy. I also love how light the salon is an always looks clean.

This is my second time going to this place. The first time the woman doing great cutting my hair. This Time I saw her the picture of the style of the hair I want to cut. She just looks once. I taught shes doing it right. Looks like my haircut is a square. She cant even follow a picture of the style. I got home my husband got mad he told me the worse haircut I ever had in my life. He told me why I paid her and give her tip. That shes not doing a great job. I learned my lesson. Not planning to come back that place.

Jacqueline at supercuts did a phenomenal job on my hair. I get pretty anxious about people other than myself touching my hair, but Im quite impressed. They have student discounts as well, which is a plus for me in my opinion. I will be back to let her take care of my bangs!

I’ve been going to Ann since she started at this salon. Its been many years. I have not had anyone else cut or color my hair since. I enjoy talking with her, its not a boring ole haircut. My husband, daughter and 3 grandchildren also get their cuts and styles from Ann. We love her.

I have been going to Supercuts at Foxwood for years. Ann has been cutting and coloring my hair for most of that time. She gives a terrific hair cut and knows exactly what color to use on my hair. She is always friendly and so pleasant to everyone. I would not go to anyone else and I tell a my friends at Quail Meadows to go to Supercuts.

Great service and adherence to health policies

For several years I’ve been a loyal Supercuts customer, because of Ann. She has an unusual ability to make hair color match one’s ideas and she’s never failed to give me a great cut. The shop is clean, the stylists are friendly and the product selection is great.

I Just moved from Pensacola and absolutely loved the Supercuts up there, so naturally they were the first ones I called here in Ocala. I called this morning to make an appointment and the woman I spoke to refused to set up an appointment and said that they only do walk-ins (Ive always made an appointment at the Pensacola Supercuts). After checking to make sure they could see my notes from the Pensacola Supercuts, this woman stated that they were unable to do so, her excuse was the store in Pensacola must be a corporate store and said that I would have to call them to get my information if I wanted to give it to her. Stores like this, that are part of a Chain, are expected to be uniform and present the same quality experience no matter where you go, and although I loved the one in Pensacola, I dont plan on stepping into the Ocala store. This Supercuts obviously does not respect nor value their customers, especially those that have a busy schedule.Update to Review 9/6/2020: The customer service is nothing short of Five Stars. I was immediately welcomed and staff were able to assist me in between appointments with little wait time. And the best part was I received the same great haircut I always got in Pensacola. I will definitely be using this super cuts from now on when I am in Ocala.

Went in to get my hair cut for my senior pictures. Showed Michelle a picture of the haircut I wanted. Came out looking like my 8 year old brother cut my hair with a pair of scissors. The only hope now is to cut all my hair off. The stubs on my hair are uneven. I had to post this to prevent this from happening from any young man like myself. I will have to cancel school to get over this bad haircut. Devastating. -100 stars yeet yeet

Ann is a wonderful cosmetologist and cuts my hair perfect everytime. This was the worst haircut ever. All I wanted was a very simple straight Bob. Already had it just needed it evened out and small layer to curve under. What I got I could have done myself. Dont waste your money.

Took my son in yesterday for a haircut in preparation of the first day of Senior year Monday. Idk what she did but his fade is all choppy, there are obvious lines where the clippers cut deeper where they shouldnt have and his top which was almost 7 long is now down to less than 2. He came out of there very disappointed and feeling uncomfortable about starting the new school year looking like mom cut his hair. Im now trying to get him in to an actual barber in Gainesville to fix his hair. Unfortunately because of how awful and choppy his fade is hes going to have to go almost bald super short. Idk the name of the stylist that scalped him but shes the one with really short mens style haircut. I thought since she has a cut like boy teenagers wear shed be perfect and know exactly how to cut his hair. I was sooooo wrong. I wonder how shed feel if someone made her cut look like she made my sons? I wish I had never taken my son there.

Walked in the door after checking in online 20 minutes prior. Two stylists were cutting women at the front and second from front chairs literally 5 feet from where I was standing at the register. Stood there for a couple months then sat down for another five before I walked out after never being acknowledged. I visit lots of Supercuts. Ill never be back to this location.
