No elevator it is 3 stories so if u are on the 3rd floor and have alot to carrie goog luck. They did not have any rolling cartsAsked for 1 st floor the lady at the front dest was very rude. The hotel is not like the pictures the beds very very hard and no blankets just sheet covers. So i say ru.

Laverne is awesome! Ive been looking for someone who can cut thick curly hair for years and I shouldve gone to her first since she cut my moms hair the way she wanted it. She layered it just right!I always explained to other stylists how they need to cut it so it wont look like a lamp shade and she is the first to actually listen to me!Ive included a picture of how they should cut. She held mine up at a higher angle which was perfect for my thickness. I just have so much hair and it bunches too much at the ends if its not cut at a high angle.

First it wasnt listed as Wall Mart, It was so overpriced for the color and highlights. I told stylist that I did not want to look blonde . At well it came out very blonde . I mentioned that it was really light when I wanted caramel highlights. They would tone it down for another 20 dollars after they were charging me 157.97 for the color and highlights. Will never go back.

Shampoo, cut and styled. Levern was nice and friendly, and professional, but the cut is not good. After showing her a picture of myself with the haircut I wanted she responded by saying yea, ok How was I supposed to know she didnt have a clue.Basically ... I look like Johnny Depp in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. 😔 Not a good look for a woman my age. 🙄

I went to this salon with long hair to my rear end and thick. All one length. Took a pic of what I wanted, which was shorter with long layers. Instead Ms Tucker proceeded to give me what I call a joe dirt haircut. Im 50 and this embarrassing haircut is bs. I feel like she targeted me as a white woman.

AMAZING JOB, Laverne did such a great job on my hair, shes really WONDERFUL a true Gem, she added layers and kept the longer length, I really felt like a movie star walking out of this salon with a smile from ear to ear, Thank You Laverne, I deffenatley recommend her and I will deffenatley have Laverne cut my hair in the future,

Chuiee is amazing....I had long frizzy, damaged hair and just let her do what she thought was best to make it healthy. I never cut my length either, but she transformed me and I left feeling beautiful!!!!! I will look no further! Thanks again Chuiee!!!!

Well if I had to say on my opinion about the hair salon at Walmart they was great today I walked in not having to wait they brought me straight back and the lady I had was nice and respectful and also when I told how I wanted my hair was done perfect she didnt even mess up I recommend u to try Walmart hair salon and 18 dollars for shampoo and cutting is not a bad price SO COME ON DOWN!! U WONT REGRET IT 😋😎

I went here with my boyfriend some time ago and a lady named Ellie was giving my boyfriend a haircut and so my boyfriend also decided to get his eyebrows fixed and when I was explaining to him that it doesnt hurt then lady Ellie was being rude and acting like she was better than me when I clearly get my eyebrows done and the experience isnt bad so I know my boyfriend wouldnt freak out. But I will never go back to this person in particular because she acts like she is all that for no reason.

I brought in my two daughters who had serious tangles and problems with their hair and they were amazing to them. Got their hair under control, were extremely considerate to their predicament, gave them wonderful hair cuts. Just overall excellent store. A bit expensive though.

I started going to this salon a few years ago. We lucked out that first visit and met Joe. He is the best stylist I have ever been to and he styles the whole family. Always leave from seeing him feeling like a million bucks.

Ok so my visit today was terrible. I have been there before with no problems but today the lady who did my hair never sectioned it off and was cutting it half wet half dry which causes unevenly cut hair. Not to mention i just wanted to trim my dead ends and she cut half my hair off. I am a strigling mom of 3 and helardly get to treat myself so this was sopouse to be a joy and now i am disappointed not to mention it will take me months and months to get my hair back to the right length.

Made apt. Online, drove 40min, called for final directions, she stated all booked up, web showed availability, was full of herself, not reliable, rude, unacceptable. No msg as she stated, no calls. Etc.etcNot a good business person, steer clear.save your $..

Went in and asked for blonde highlights and brown underneath and some layers. The hair dresser wanted to put brown low lights so I said ok as long as they are really light browns day lot all over my head. When she was finished and saw the end result I wanted to cry. My hair is more brown than blonde and the blonde highlights are almost white, the layers looked like steps and didn’t blend in at all. Also, she put the brown way too high up, even though I had asked for it just for it in the underneath. I paid and left and cried in the car. I called the next day and they won’t give me my money back! I went and got it fixed so I had to pay twice for something that should have been done right the first time. A haircut should make you feel beautiful, and this definitely did not!

Refuses to pick up the phone, and Ive been calling every few minutes for the past hour (yes, one whole, literal hour) to confirm my appointment time and stylist. The online check-in states another stylist is there, not the one I booked for. Considering I was referred to Kayla Davis by a lady I connected with at Sallys (who, like I, just moved from my home town in MD!), I was excited to finally find a decent stylist without having to risk a bad haircut.Too had I wont be able to find out for myself; no way am I driving half an hour each way, only to find out that Kayla might not even be there today. Simply because nobody would answer the phone. I even called the Walmart theyre located inside, to ask if maybe someone could ask the salon to answer the phone (no, it didnt work). Really, an hour... Ill find another salon.

Kayla did a wonderful job on my hair. The wait was a little long so that is why I took one star off

My son has been going to Yonge for 7 years. She is the only one that has ever cut my sons hair.

Was skeptical after I realized it was located in walmart but I am so happy I gave it a shot! I have thick, curly hair that was damaged to hell by a bad balayage from another stylist. Roquelle took her time combing the tangles out and making sure it was the style and length I desired. I am more than happy with my haircut and will definitely be back!

Actually, the haircuts have always been 15.50 at SmartStyle, at least in the past few years. Also, you can get a bad haircut anywhere. Make sure you communicate with your stylist before beginning your service. I would reccomend SmartStyle because they are convenient and affordable. They also have a call ahead system where you can call an hour in advance to have yourself signed in.
