Booked an appointment online which doesnt tell you they have a process for how they do the appointments. When i called to confirm the appointment I was asked if my child knew how to sit in the chair, again not told about their appointment process. When I walked in for my appointment there was one customer in the chair the only customer in the shop and I could already tell there was a problem by the attitude when I checked in, he the said “Food for thought the next time you make an appointment at MY barbershop you need to be here 10 mins early so I can check you in” the 10 minute thing could have easily been resolved it was a simple miscommunication on the shops part but the attitude and trying to make me feel stupid made me walk right back out the door

Extremely satisfied with my experience today at Cutz! It starts with Daryl, himself. He’s a barber who LISTENS, I mean really “listens,” and isn’t afraid to chop it up, not just on your head but to get inside your head too.Daryl is not only a military Veteran, experienced barber, businessman, father, husband, and family man- he’s a real guy’s guy and doesn’t mind sharing real stories and letting the conversation flow naturally about your own life, too. He’s really a wealth a knowledge and experience. We all want to feel heard and understood and that’s what you get from this barber!In terms of the actual haircut- I’ve got 0 complaints. Not only did he give me the exact cut I would have wanted after I trusted his creative freedom, but trimmed the edges and lines of my unkempt and scruffy beard and my neckline- at no extra cost. I was certain an experience such as this would have costed $25-30, turns out the cost was about 1/2 of what I anticipated. I’m already looking forward to going back before a business meeting in Tampa next week, just to have that perfectly groomed look to make great first impressions.I’ve found my new barber in the Shores and didn’t have to look far- I simply Googled “barbers near me” and he popped right up, and trusted his many positive reviews. I’m looking forward to bringing in my girlfriend’s son Gabriel to give him a fresh, clean, and cool cut when school gets out in a couple weeks. I know his mom will appreciate it and he’ll be the envy of his friends and probably even make his sisters a little jealous. Ha!

He was great with my son which is doesnt do well with hair cuts. We will be returning very soon. Great price. Very patient man. The shop is very clean all around great place.

Daryl was kind and professional for the entire time I was there. I asked for a fade and the lines are clean and distinct. A+ quality and a pleasantly sociable barber to boot. Im definitely returning for my next cut.

I really enjoy Daryl at Cutz Incorporated. The app lets you lock in your appointment and pay for your services so you just go in, sit down, get your cut, and leave. Everything is taken care of via the app. The place is super clean and staff is very nice and professional. Great spot and the barber is there when he says he will be there.

Today was we visited Mr. Darrryl for the 1st time to get my boys haircut!Mr. Darryl was very sweet and talkative to us!His shop was very clean and his kids haircuts were affordable!The boys(Sabastian and Aston) asked to go back to him from here on out for all of their future haircuts:)

By far, one of the best Barbers Ive been too. He kept me engaged with conversation, and was able to replicate a haircut I had trouble trying to explain; only looking at a picture twice beforehand. An all around great experience and will definitely be going back.
