I’ve been cutting my hair with Ricky for many many years after trying out different barbers in the area after I moved from down south Miami, FL. Went to Next Level today for the first time for a bald fade. It was without a doubt, the best haircut I have ever had. I have been to many barber shops and this was by far the best shop I have ever experienced. Friendly, clean and family oriented business. Also, all the barbers really took pride in their work and had very precise styles of cutting and fading. This is my new barber shop. If youre looking for a great place for a fade in Ocala (Marion Oaks), this is your spot. Ricky was on point with my skin fade, and showed a ton of patience while also giving my antsy 4 year old son a fade (cut was phenomenal) too. Shop was immaculate as well, and you can tell his team definitely takes pride in keeping a clean place.Ive been driving an hour and a half to Lakeland for a good skin fade because Ive had no luck in finding anyone local. After finding this spot, i dont have to make that drive again.

So i gave a review of our experience at this baber shop and instead of apologizing for the service and trying to fix it i got insulted by the owner. let me tell you something when someone gives there opinion of your place of business your job is to fix the issue and just apologize for the poor service not be disrespectful and rude i will be making a former complaint

I visited this barbershop today. Ricky was my barber. Gentleman was very professional and gave me an outstanding haircut. I am very picky when it comes to barbers and the overall vibe of a shop, but I rolled the dice on this barbershop and it seems I won. Positive, uplifting music was playing on the television. Call in advance to get a hair cut and I was told to go in, when I got there the barber had 2 people in front of me I sat down and waited but as other people came in I keep being push back begin 3 other persons and ask to wait finally they did my son’s hair and I left and didn’t get my cut. Won’t recommend to any body.
