Old school Spanish Barbershop. Amazing fades and razor fades, beards and lineups on point. Type of place I remember going with my Dad in NY. Music, ambiance and vibe 10/10. Walk-ins are welcome but you may wait a few for a Barber, and if you schedule an appointment..DONT BE LATE.

YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER BARBERSHOP IN FLORIDA. Thats all I have to say about the great service you get here. My personal barber, Hector, is a perfectionist (in the best of ways) and he will make sure you get exactly what you want and that you love your cut. You will not find a better place to get your haircut. Furthermore, I got a $50 cut in a Miami vacation, and still not as good as the one I usually get in Luis Barber Shop which is not even half the price. The best price and best quality is right here. Dont look anywhere else.

On a rainy Saturday I ventured into Luis Barber Shop💈 poised to clean up this Quarantine mop and the woman on the end did an exquisite job. She was clear and concise about her decisions, techniques, and maneuvers while cutting but also offered guidance into what would like good (i.e. a taper in the back). Although I came from out of town, I was very satisfied with this intermediary cut, I got 1 on the sideburns fading into the top and a half inch off all around. I believe her name was June or Jules, not sure, anyhow, awesome barber shop ~ the rest of the staff looked like they were delivering high quality cuts as well all for an affordable cost. 👏

This place was very dirty,a tremendous amount of hair was all over the floors (dont they sweep?)no one greeted me upon arrival,they were very slow cutting other people’s hair, and the whole place stunk like bad breath,im glad I walked out, save yourself a scalp disease and go somewhere else.

Coronavirus!!!! They say masks are required but they don’t enforce it. Many customers don’t wear mask. They use same “barbers cape/sheet” for all customers (after getting contaminated/dirty by those who don’t masks). Droplets Super spread risks. When confronted about the issue they acknowledged it but did nothing to resolve it. They just continue to service those without masks.

I absolutely love this place! I tagged along with my brother and dad and saw how great the atmosphere was. I love how they’re always inviting to everyone who walks in through the front door. Very energetic shop and I love going there. They are very passionate about their work and very detail oriented. Also very family friendly! Every once in a while. The owners wife and kids pass by and greet everyone. Really great little family. My dad and brother look shard all the time.

I’ve lived in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and Cleveland, and the best fade I have ever got was at Luis Barber Shop! The atmosphere is very friendly, laid back, and everyone has a great time. Luis is the owner and does a superb job every cut. If you want to get the best hair cut of your life and you’re in Ocala, then Luis Barber Shop is your best bet hands down.

Always welcomed and greeted with a smile, Spanish speaking atmosphere, but very diversified. Fast service, I would say one of the top 3 Barbershops in Ocala, FL. Accepts walk-Ins and Appointments. Luis and the rest of the Barbers are fast and energetic. The attention to detail is top-notch. Im not proud of this, but I have walked in 15 minutes to closing time and expected to be turned away but Luis made time for me and did an exceptional job as always. Check them out!

The owner Luis does not listen to the haircut you want neither can he follow a picture, although if you want a quick buzz cut 5-10min hes your guy. They discriminate, and if they dont like you well expect to leave unsatisfied. Terrible experience.

Unfortunately a bad experience again! 3rd time I go and they have no structure to who goes next. I literally walked in behind a guy who got sat. And then watched 3 people enter after me and get seated. I asked birdman if I was next and his response was I have 5 in front of me. When I asked y they didnt take my appointment the day b4 they said bc there 1st come 1st serve. Honestly the only one thats there to work and not socialize is Luis the owner. But unfortunately her got his employees calling him out upfront of everyone. Very unprofessional. His employee literally screamed at him that he owed him 30 bucks for a client he told wouldnt be in till 2pm! What a shame. ! Had to get up and leave bc I felt so disrespected. I dont recommend this place to anyone who wants to be attended promptly or curiously.

Horrible haircut. My son has been going to this barber for a couple of years. The owner does not speak English. We came with a specific picture and he cut him like he is going off to the military. He has a specific barber but he was busy so the owner Luis cut his hair. How can an owner of a barber shop not be able to follow a picture. Beware if you dont speak Spanish.
