This is a classic mens barber shop providing consistently good hair cuts for many years at reasonable rates.

The only place my son will get his haircut, he is very particular about this. With last minute situations we have tried other establishments, but it is never the same. I love this barbershop, as do my two sons. The atmosphere is comfortable, they have always have done a great job.

GREAT service from start to finish! They knew it was our sons first haircut so we were greeted and shown inside, into the coolest mens salon! From the 1920s bar/saloon decor, to the back country feel with all the hunting, fishing and roadtripping memorabilia... Most importantly we were treated with great respect and killer customer service! Thank you guys for making that a very special event for us....even though Ki cried through a lot of it! Hes been transformed into a dapper little dude after his skillful haircut by Mr. Don. And to top the whole thing off they treated us to his first haircut!!! Thank you very much!! We will be back and hopefully convince daddy too!

I had my hair cut by Jason (the man with the beard all the way on the right side of the shop). He was very helpful as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted. After a few well thought out suggestions, I was confident enough to follow his lead. I am so glad that he took this holistic view instead of just doing what I thought I wanted when I came in.He is an great barber and I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic service and you feel like youve been going there forever, even if its your first time.

Ask what youre going to be charged for the haircut BEFORE they get started. The board says $10, but I was charged $14 with no explanation. Also, the haircut was fine IF I wanted it that short. Same for my son - his he said to take off a half-inch, but instead was left with a half-inch which was way shorter than he wanted. Pleasant enough people and atmosphere, but very disappointing on the haircuts.

From as far back as I can remember, my father took me to get a haircut at a place just like this. It is definitely old fashioned. I love it!

First time going. First time ever getting my beard shaved with an actual razor. The guy who did it, was younger, I believe he was the younger brother of the two. He was awesome, very quick and witty and had a great sense of humor. The shave was awesome, I really recommend this place and I will be going here from now on.

Im a first time customer and this place is amazing. Dont listen to any bad comments previously about Jay, he did an excellent job and I even had longer hair and wanted it shaven. I just went there this morning and I really liked, very respectful persons in there.

Walked in and walked out for the last time today. I have been a customer for just shy of 3 years...Place has changed and one barber (closest to the road) just makes walking in a miserable experience. No more for me.

This was my very first time being here, so I called and spoke to an employee to figure out pricing to have my facial/beard hair cleaned up. He told me that they would only charge me $7. I get there and I waited for 30 minutes to be seen (which I wasnt too bothered about because barber shops are typically busy), and I finally get into a chair and the barber asks what I want. He did a decent job however, Ive never felt so nervous at a barber shop before. His hands were literally shaking will having the blade on my face, I thought for a second he was going to cut me. He gave me the cut that I wanted, but he did a terrible job cleaning it up, leaving cut hair all over me and he messed up my mustache. When I got out of the chair I asked him how much and he says $20 thats absolutely absurd for just cleaning up a beard being that I normally get charged $10 at a more professional setting, but out of respect of their establishment I went ahead and gave him $20 (despite an employee quoting me $7 over the phone). A couple days after my beard cut, I begin experiencing some irritation and then hair bumps begin to form. Ive never really experienced irritation like this or hair bumps after leaving a barber shop, which makes me think do they actually properly clean their blades and etc. after each use. Id give this experience 3 stars out of 10, I definitely wont be returning.

Inquired about makin appointment i had alot of bad experiences with barbers rushing with my hair and my barber I had went back to Miami this kat I was talkin too cut me short on the phone because i wanted them to take there time if i tipped well which tells me there feelings are like take it or leave it its sad how most shops wanna get your dough and shove ya out the door wont be goin here.

His really need to learn how to shave dad really used eletric razor first then followed by straight razor and still missed spots . Atmosphere and conversation always good

Worst haircut ever. The guy on the far right with a beard cut my hair. Instructed high and tight (military) and he shaped my hair like a lightbulb. Lazy haircut and attitude problem. Luckily my wife was able to fix the damage. In response to your feedback I was ready to get out of there. Sorry that you guys took the brunt of it but I was infuriated by receiving another Ocala haircut. I will offer some constructive feedback though. The straight razor cut was WAY too close at the ear line (also got a pretty decent cut from a side swipe- hope you guys sterilize those blades) and since the hair line also ballooned out on the sides (the light bulb / hot air balloon look) it gave the illusion of my face being round and soft (a barber friend of mine in California actually once told me once that its a well known and very passive aggressive technique. Its too bad that I once again had to give my trademark bad haircut pity tip of ten bucks and a huge smile.
