I personally started seeing Mallari Collums, owner of Amethyst Hair Studio, located within My Salon Suite of Ocala about a year ago. First of all, the concept was a first for me, but refreshing. My Salon Suite feels high end, safe and secure. The location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking and is well lit. As for Mallari, I have never been more pleased with my hair. She is quick but thorough, quiet and kind, creative and confident in her work, and has comparable prices. I would recommend My Salon Suites to both men, woman and children, and all ethnicities. There is something for everyone here and everyone working within this space is inviting and friendly. The reference pictures are of my hair just after hair appointments.

I went to see Em. My hair came out so soft and it looked so much better with the products she used. Im ordering more of them. She definitely knows what shes doing. My haircut was perfect. I cant have my neck put in the sink because of a plate and screws in my neck and she worked with me to make sure that I was comfortable

Our stylist, Jamie, takes very good care of us when we have our hair cut. I used to go to the chains, not having the same person cut my hair so having the same person every time cutting my hair is a wonderful experience. She knows how I want my hair cut but still checks to ensure what I want. We are able to talk about our lives and what is going on at the time, Jamie has become a friend and I recommend her, if you can get an appointment because she is busy.

Jeanie knows how I like change so she always has suggestions with new and refreshing ideas regarding styles and the type of cut or color she can offer.The location of My Salon Suites is very convenient and offers a lot of parking. My Salon Suites offers a variety of services such as manicures, pedicures, masseuse services, etc. Each self owned business rents out a private space and sets their own hours of operation so if you’re new to the area it may be better to stop by to make your appointment with one of the salons.

I saw that they close at 11pm on Saturdays, so I called to schedule an appointment using the number on the website at around 8pm. I was told by some man that I would have to call each individual stylist to ask about availability, which seemed weird and inconvenient to me. So I hung up and searched for the stylists numbers, then tried again. No answer from any of them.Then I drove by, intending to ask about scheduling the appointment in person. It was 8:30pm, the lights were off and door was locked. All of the information on the website was wrong, and the man I spoke to seemed like he didnt know what he was doing.If each stylist has their own phone number, why use a totally different one on the main site, and organize it in a way that the person who picks up cant answer any of your questions? I am deeply frustrated by this experience, and not likely to try again.

My hairdresser is the best. Emy is well worth traveling to for her talent and care for your hair. The location is convenient to get in and out of and there is shopping and eating in the area as well. Just one light off of I75. Nice clean secured entrance.
