The guys there were super nice and great customer service. They are fantastic with kids! They even have a special seat for 1st time haircuts. My boys left there looking like little gentlemen. I recommend having an appointment because they are busy. Definitely will be back.

First impressions are important. Poor customer service, not friendly at all. I guess at the least I’m used to being greeted politely when I walk into an establishment. Haircut wasn’t what we asked for but it wasn’t terrible. Wouldn’t recommend.*****UPDATE******: down to 1 star since 0 isn’t an option. Owner offered to see footage, but was unable to email it when I asked. When I asked him which barber greeted us and how they greeted us specifically he stopped responding. Unprofessionalism at its finest. If you don’t speak Spanish I would especially stay away from this place, as not all staff speaks English. The barber that cut my sons hair did not speak English, therefore the service provided was not what we asked for. I had to tell the barber next to him, and it still wasn’t what we asked for. It was like playing telephone about a haircut.. My son is used to communicating with his barber directly and was unable to. While I was there I saw another gentleman have a similar experience, he did not speak English and was unhappy with the cut, it was shorter than what he asked for. His barber proceeded to ridicule him when he walked out (watch that recording too). Unprofessional to talk badly about customers in front of other customers. Again, all around bad customer service. Worst barbershop I have experienced by far.

I went to Flash Cutz today to cut off my man bun and get a fade with short messy hair on top and thats exactly what I received. I texted Raymond after hours to schedule an appointment last minute and he still managed to squeeze me in. He even took me early and got straight to work. Very clean and welcoming shop and they are all very professional. I would 10/10 recommend Raymond and his shop to anyone who wants to revive their look!

I walked in @ 3:00 on Sunday evening and they said that they were done. Even though the close @ 4. Sounds like they were trying to get off early for the Super Bowl. Dont waste time on a business that doesnt have a label on a building.

After spending 2 hours waiting, the spanish dude called a sir who just got there and told him he was next. My son looked at me so I asked him (the barber) if he wasnt going to cut my sons hair since he was next. He replied he was getting appointments also. I told him he should of said that while people was arriving and give heads up, they didnt even greet people only the ones they knew for what I saw. I just went there since I was in the area. Never again!!!! Empire Barbershop is the place you need to go. Excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere.

A serious commitment that people are isolated in their cuts. I left the barbershop after being trimmed by what I say angels sent from heaven. I went out and I was blowing kisses for like 3 hours. I went into a nearby supermarket and lay down like 4 little ladies, and the little ladies know. I got home and felt like Mulans horse (Cow). Boy, not only did they cut my hair, but a man came out made by right, winning and to win. From that day I sit until I am a model. 😁😁😁😁

I was waiting for a while then the barber said I was next some walked in and sat down the barber told him I was next but the guy just stayed in the chair, very disrespectful seems like anyone can just come in and sit down ... .It seems that they have panitas and there is favoritism because I was supposed to sit down, and I saw when the barber told him and the other guy did not get out of the chair .... and then to justify the pig that They did another barber told me I got you next after I waited so long .... I dont come back .... and I dont recommend ... Panism and favoritism ....
