I spoke with the owner a couple days before. I brought my Red Rogue in bc of a sound that was getting worse as i drove it. The service writer was professional and very cordial. He asked questions about what i heard and how the vehicle behaved and how long this had gone on. I arranged for a friend to pick me up to give them plenty of time. A call back within a couple hours revealed the problem and expected next-day completion of hub assembly and axle repair. Within ther next couple hours I received good news my vehicle was ready. The service manager picked me up from my home, took me back to the shop and guaranteed the work! Im road ready now! Son Rise went above and beyond my expectations for satisfactory customer service! I will use them again & highly recommend them for quality automotive service.

I made an appointment and dropped off my car at Son Rise Automotive on Tenth Street in Ocala due to engine light coming on and time for an oil change. I received a call after two days saying car needed a new O2 sensor to correct engine light. They also informed me that, during their diagnostic test drive, they noticed the car would benefit from some front end work, and minor oil seepage on engine. Never was it mentioned that the a/c wasn’t working. I approved the sensor replacement & oil change at a cost of $484.32. Two days later I got a call that car was ready, so I pay the bill and pick it up. I immediately noticed that the a/c was not cooling. The a/c on this car always worked flawlessly and cooled quickly. I called the shop right away and told them the a/c was blowing hot air. They said bring car back so I returned it the same day. After not hearing from them for two more days, I called to get a status on the car. They simply said that when their technician test drove the car initially, he claimed the a/c did not work. I questioned why the supposed non-working a/c was never mentioned at all when they informed me of the other things wrong with the car (front end and oil seepage)? They said I wasn’t alerted about it because “it wasn’t on the work ticket so we figured you knew about it.” This response sounded deceptive and suspicious to me. I expect that the real reason it wasn’t reported was because the a/c was actually working at the time but they didn’t want to claim responsibility for breaking it before delivery. I reiterated that the a/c worked perfectly when I dropped it off to them initially. They said compressor is malfunctioning. What are the odds that the compressor would fail suddenly the moment they drove the car, after it was working perfectly just before? I believe the a/c was working when test driven initially by them but was somehow compromised when the car was being serviced. I strongly believe Son Rise Automotive to be negligent, careless, and not truthful about this issue. Needless to say, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Very nice people but we have had SEVERAL issues with our vehicle since getting it back from them. We paid for a transmission rebuilt - which they sent elsewhere, which we knew, and they have attempted to fix the situation, which we appreciate it, but after $4000 it is still not correct. Each time we drop it off to be worked on we are without our family vehicle for days to weeks. I want to give them 5 starts but because of this situation, I wont.

Havent had our vehicle serviced yet but, we have a appointment to get a water pump egr valve and serpentine belt replaced. They were very welcoming and seemed flexible and informative. We assume/expect they will do a good job 🤞🙏 Prestige Auto Sales made it happen!!!!!

Took my daughters car in for A/C issues, and they fixed it perfectly. But better yet, they found an issue with one of the tires that was a blow out waiting to happen. I feel like they were looking out for me, and made my daughters car safer.
