Best tire change service for Tesla in Ocala. We are using them for 4 years. Many other places have started installing tires on Tesla. They don’t know where to lift. Some tried lift both sides of frame. They need to lift at 4 specific places which is specific for Tesla. Parker’s also have special tire mounting device which does not cause scratches on rim. The personnel are very friendly.

Great service from reception to workmanship.I brought it to a couple of auto repair shops in the area and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. This place fixed all the issues and gave me a 3 year warranty on their work. I have found my new repair shop and I highly recommend it to all my family and friends.

I have a 1972 ford and was refered to them, the repairs done is very professional, however speed of said repairs and communication with customers is something that needs to be worked on, made an appointment for a repair that is a roughly 5hour job took almost 2 weeks to get my truck back was kind of disappointed after having spent almost 4k and 4.5 months with my truck sitting there prior to this minor issue, over all 3 stars for friendly people but lack of communication on whats going on and the status of parts ect is LACKING and dont expect to get your vehicle back in a timely manner they will have an excuse for why its not done yet if you call and ask. Overall there might be less busy and more capable shops if you are in need of a timely and quality repair.

Parkers is the best quality and most trustworthy mechanic I found in Ocala!Ive taken both of my vehicles to them over the years, and whether it was just general maintenance, or getting camshaft and timing belt replaced, they always did good quality work in an efficient manner.Steve is the guy who usually helps me out, but the whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable!I will keep coming back!

Honey was real understanding and made me feel comfortable about their service. They were friendly and gave us insight to other services we may need. My car was towed there at recommendation of a friend for starter replacement. They updated me on the cost when they found more labor was needed due to position of the starter .

I am so pleased with the great customer service I get from Steve. They kept on trying and letting me test drive my car and trying again until the job was done perfect. I feel so much better and safer driving now. Sometimes when a woman tries to explain to her husband or mechanic what is wrong she gets a funny look because without a doubt the vehicle just won’t perform the same way for them so they can fix it but these guys definitely persist until they found and fixed the problem. We took our 30 foot class C RV to Parker Tire because they were the only place we could find capable of performing a front end alignment on a vehicle of that size. They were very upfront about the costs and kept us updated on the status of the service. I would advice getting an appointment as they are very busy. We were pleased with the service.

Blew a tire on our pull behind camper nd after several calls to tire shops, we were referred to Parker Tire and Auto. After contact, they advised they had the tires we needed and could help us get back on the road. They met us outside when we pulled in and did the fastest (4) tire change that I have experienced. They advised that the other (3) tires were already separating as well and would have blown in the next 20-30 miles. “China Bombs” as they are referred too are what you get when you buy a new camper, I recommend you change them out to Goodyear or Hercules 10 ply regardless of new or used to be on the safe side.I will using Parker for my camper needs in the future, they are not only knowledgeable about auto and tires, they are very knowledgeable about campers and their maintenance.Super nice staff.

Parker Tires are true professionals and extremely accommodating to their clients. We recently encountered a situation where we we had two flat tires on the same side of our horse trailer. Clearly we couldn’t move the trailer because of the flats and taking them off and bringing them in was not an option due to other commitments we had at the time. I called Parker tires and they were gracious enough to send one of their technicians to our residence to make the repairs on site. Further, the cost was very reasonable and the repairs were completed in a very short period of time. We were very appreciative of their quick work and for the accommodations. I had a very positive experience doing business with Parkers Tire & Auto Service. My car was slightly out of alignment, and now its back to factory specifications. They were very friendly, told me my car had a little bit more miles on it when they test drove it, and finished the work sooner than expected. It was all done very professionally, and everyone there makes you feel welcome and at home. Will definitely be coming back to get any other work done.

I have been using Parker Tire for years. They have good, dealer quality technicians. They are not inexpensive, but will usually save you money when they can. In this instance, they double checked and found out I still had warranty left on my battery. This saved me a considerable amount on my bill.. The repair was done in a timely manner.

Ive been a frequent customer for at least 15 years. Ive repaired my own cars and taken my kids & nieces cars to Parkers as well. Ive had many cars and havent found anything that Parker cant fix. I have no complaints about delays in seeing me nor with how long they keep my car. I also think their prices seem reasonable. Although, I since I havent used anyone else in so many years I wouldnt know what the reasonable price would be. Over the years Ive taken probably 15 different cars to them. You dont develop a long term relationship with a business like I have if you dont think they treat you fair.

I found a new home for my 2019 Ford Super Duty. They have the Hunter Alignment system proper lifts and Hunter Road Force Balancer. But what is more important. The Technicians know how to use the machines.

My car (dodge neon srt4) is lowered on coil overs so most shops cannot or won’t do an alignment on my car. Let me also state that my steering wheel was completely yanked to the right before I went in. I called around and Parker’s tire had the proper equipment, and told me to come in. Employee “Steve Jones” was who I dealt with firsthand and he was great. Everyone there has great attitudes. And the price was awesome. My alignment and steering wheel is now straight. Everyone that I know that has lowered cars I will be sending to these people. Steve thinks he knows it all and tries to prove you wrong in every way he can. Worst customer service Ive ever seen as well. Went to get my unfixed car and had to wait just to be told I have to go speak to someone else and then have to wait more just to pick my car up. Brought my car here 3 times before they actually figured it out which wasnt even the real problem, by that time my insurance wont pay for it I was told by Steve. As a licensed Universal technician I can tell you your AC department needs some new technicians. My insurance told me to bring the car elsewhere to an actual AC shop and they figured out the problem which was related to the accident and got my car fixed free of charge vs being charged almost a thousand dollars by this shop. Dont take your car here if you have AC problems, theyll never figure out the problem. As a local guide this is the first bad review Ive ever had to leave and for good reason.

Not only did he get our E450 (RV) in when everyone else was telling us it would be days or weeks before we could get in, they did the job in one day and almost cost half of what some other shops quoted us. They also diagnosed a problem we didnt know existed and could have created major damage. Lastly, they were just a great group of people. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. I went there to get an alignment on my 2016 Acura TLX because it was veering off to the right and it’s still doing exactly what it’s doing when I dropped it off and it cost me $120 I am very disappointed because the people were super sweet and the service was amazing but I feel like I just threw my money away because my car still veers to the right not it’s saying the TPL light is on right after I put air in it !! It used to do it on the left driver side now it’s doing it on the right back driver side where my kid sits !! They call me and told me to bring it back up there it’s my tires to remind you I just put two new tires Michelle’s at that which are 180 a tire I refuse to bring my. At back up there it’s worse now then it was before I brought it up there and spent 120$ for nothing

Had a great experience here, came for a front end alignment, went across the street for lunch, by the time I came back they were finishing up. Not to leave out they have the fairest price anywhere around for alignments and every other thing. Highly recommended.

Parker’s replaced a broken fog light on my vehicle. They did such a great job! Steve made clear the price before he even ordered the part so I knew what to expect, which I really appreciated. The part also took a while to come in as it was back ordered. He called to update me that they were still waiting on the part, so I knew they hadn’t forgotten me. Once the part came in, I dropped off the car the next day and they were done in a couple of hours. Everyone I talked to was incredibly nice and professional. Stopped here on the way to Maryland after having a tire blowout the day prior. Had the new tire in the trunk and old wheel as well. Stopped in and asked if they could fit me in, not only did they fit me in. They assisted me right away, literally zero wait. Got the old tire removed and the new tire mounted and they filled all the tires on my boat trailer to the proper PSI. Highly recommend and would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.

Guy at the counter right when you walk in was hilarious and made coming to parkers tire an absolute riot. Service was done fast and wasnt terribly expensive. Would totally come back here in the future for things that Im not able to do myself.

Mounted tires I bought there last year on new aluminum wheels. They installed new shiny tire stems so everything looks very nice. A quality job. Only detraction is they overinflated the tires. Spec on my truck is 30psi and they inflated to 36psi.

I was in the middle of a 500 mile road trip towing a brand new fifth wheel and developed a wobble in my front wheels. I thought Id lost a balancing weight. The experienced technician at Parker knew better and could tell immediately that my tires were in the process of delaminating. They did me a great deal on replacing all six tires, even finding me a big rebate. If they had done it my way I would likely have ended up in a ditch before I made it home. Many thanks.

Ten days prior to arriving at Parker Tire, I was in their facility to coordinate the replacent of four trailer tires and wheels on my camper and four tires on my Ford F 150. I offered to pay a deposit to ensure a rapid turn around because of planned commitments later in the day. I was told a deposit was unnecessary. Last Wednesday I called to add a brake job on the Ford F 150 and confirm the overall plan. When I arrived Monday morning, the shop was very busy. My vehicles were worked in. This entailed removing their tires, thus immobilizing them. I was informed at 0915 that the trailer wheels were available in white, then they werent, then grey was my only option. I assume that the wheels were not on site as agreed, but in a suppliers warehouse. I was told after lunch that there was a delay getting the final trailer tire delivered. My truck remained on the lift from 0940 until after 1530, with only sporadic work being performed. Eventually, after 1600, my vehicles were returned to me. Overall, the technicians and office staff were cheerful and friendly, just not very efficient. In short, I wasted an entire day in your shop because of preventable errors on your part.

Steve and the guys know their vehicles, were very professional, and made solid, not unnecessary, suggestions on repairs needed. I will be bringing my truck back for any services needed even though I live completely on the other side of town. Well done guys.

My new tire had a crack in it. It was jagged in nature and not a slash. I felt it should gave been covered under the manufacturers warranty.They looked at it and without hesitation or consulting the manufacturer, told me it was not covered and that Id have to purchase a new one.My company does a lot of business with these guys and I felt that an effort to warranty the tire was warranted.They also charged me full pop for a new tire replacement (any discount would have gone a long way).At the very least, they could have offered to send the tire for inspection and if rejected by the manufacturer, have me pay for it but I wasnt even given that option.The people are nice (especially Steve) but the level of customer service in this matter was lacking.

Do NOT trust what this shop says about your vehicle.My family was traveling home to Pensacola from Orlando. Our battery light came on so I pulled off and found Parker’s. Their customer service was great. They took good care of me and considering the urgency of the situation, they worked quickly. They diagnosed the issue as a bad battery, replaced it, and sent us on our way. That is where things got bad. They told me before I left that they had checked everything else and we were good to go. Immediately after leaving, we merged onto I-75 north and my battery light came on again. I called Parker’s and they assured me that the computer just needed to adjust to the output of the new battery and everything would be fine. I took their word for it. Two hours later, Parker’s called me to make sure everything was still good (excellent customer service by the way). I told them that it was but the battery light was still on and that I wasn’t using the radio or A/C just in case to limit the auxiliary power being used. Parker’s reassured me that everything was fine and that I could crank the A/C and radio. I didn’t do that. Less than twenty minutes after that call, my RPM’s shot up over 6K and wouldn’t go back down, causing me to kill the engine. My van wouldn’t start back up after that. My family was stuck on the side of the road in 92 degree weather for over an hour until the State Farm road rangers showed up. They took my wife and three children to a hotel 15 miles up the road while I waited for a tow truck. This happened around 3:00 pm. At 5:30 pm, a tow truck finally showed up and took us to a repair shop near the hotel my wife and kids were at. They diagnosed it as a bad alternator and said they couldn’t believe that Parker’s didn’t read how low the voltage output was. They replaced the alternator. Due to them having to work after hours though, they charged me an outrageous amount of money. This also cost us over 6 hours in travel time. I had to be at work at 6:30 am the following morning, and wasn’t able to get home until 11:45 pm before having to unload my three kids and luggage.Parker’s put my family in danger with their negligence. They also cost me time and money by not doing basic mechanic work and testing everything before sending us on our way.Their customer service was fantastic, but that means nothing when they aren’t pushing out safe vehicles and doing the work that they are paid to do.
