Battery dashboard warning popped up on my Mercedes so I took it in without appointment hoping for the best and expecting the worst. Very pleasantly surprised. They were able to diagnose and solve the issue while I waited and the price was very fair. I think I’ve found the perfect spot to service my vehicle.

I have a 2011 MINI COOPER SPORT> Her name is Roxanne. I got her in April 2020. I immediately had to change out the clutch. I went to ECC and Dave took awesome care of me and the car. He replaced the clutch and surrounding pieces for only $1300> I was quoted 1500-2000K for the same job and other parts not being replaced. I have since had to go back for advice... I dont have a male partner to run things through, and I call Dave like hes my boyfriend or hubby... Always asking him ideas... and questions. Hes patient and kind. His father owns the shop and he is great too. I have found a good solid place to take care of Roxanne and I am so thankful for them! THANK YOU!

I had my car at Tire kingdom for an oil and filter change, but when they took the car off the rack the car wouldn’t start. The nice manager at the shop recommended this place to me told me his boss the owner of the shop brought his car there for service. So I called them to let them know I’d be having my car towed to them for repair. The guy that answered the phone was very rude and short and said they didn’t have time to look at my and had no room on there lot for and didn’t an Alternative turn to bring the car in for service basic said we don’t want your business. Horrible customer. I’ve managed business before and I can tell the person answers phones can make or brake your business.

We were told by H.A auto brokers to take a van here that we just bought to have it fix. We came 3 times for two different problems only to find the problem they were suppose to have fixed still isnt fix. The check engine light came back on 3 days later so we had is diagnose and its reading the same issue. I am very hurt behind this matter because we have 4 kids that have needs that require us to do a lot of travelling. It seems to us they just kept our vehicle for a day had the check engine light cleared but never did the work. I sure hope you all get better service.

My Jag had an issue 2hours into a road trip. I was very fortunate that I was close to European Car Clinic when it happened. They diagnosed and fixed my issue quickly and at a very reasonable rate. I wish they were closer to my home; I would go to them for all maintenance. I highly recommend them.

Thats my personal opinion. David and Mark are so layed back yet absolutely great at their jobs.

I took my 2010 vw routan to volkswagon of ocala on sr 200 because my ac wasnt working and after waiting there all day and paying a 99 dollar diagnostic fee they said that the cost for the repair would be over 1500.00 and it was somekind of computer or something so i came here for a second opinion bc that sounded crazy and guess what they fixed my air for 110.00. Dont take your car to vw of ocala i feel they were trying to scam me. I am so glad I found european car clinic in ocala. There very professional and have knowledgeable mechanics and they saved me way over 1000.00 dollars i cant say thanks enough and thankyou for being honest and not ripping our community off. I will recommend you to anyone i see. Having 4 children every dollar counts i cant believe such a huge company like vw of ocala would miss diagnosis my problem and i feel try to scam me. European car clinic has great family values and doesnt see there customers as dollar signs they treat you like family. Also when i dropped the car off i forgot and left 50 dollars in my car in the side door in plain sight. When i picked it up i saw the 50 dollars still sitting there. That just proves how honest they were 🤩 wow

I would highly recommend this mechanic. Inexpensive and got the work done quickly. Estimates from other mechanics for the same work was $3000, but this place got it done for less than $900.

Clutch went out on my old Mini. They could have gouged me...like some places I can mention. But they didnt. Did the work right. Fair price. Nice place and nice people.Three months later...a similar experience...this time the AC went out. Moved here from ATL where I was used to being gouged so this is a welcome experience. I like to go there just to look at the great cars other customers bring in.

European current clinic is a great place it is a little expensive but everything will time I go there the work that they do is wonderful and after I leave there I never have problems and when I go somewhere else that’s a little bit cheaper to save money it seems like 1 million things go wrong after that and I have come to realize that saving extra $50 here and there and going to a mechanic that is not good it has completely changed my outlook this establishment has worked on my car two times and each time they have worked on it the car has been perfect after, so I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a foreign car even though it’s a little bit higher it’s worth the price because you will not have any problems after if you go to a shop that doesn’t specialize in European cars they will do things your car that don’t need to be done they will lie to you and they will not do it they say they were going to do this place is great and does what they say they’re going to do

Took my car in for a part and kept getting the run around. Never received a call back, in fact, I had to keep calling and the answer I would get was the part will be in a couple of days. No accountability and very unprofessional. If they did not want to work on my car, all they had to do was say so. Stay Away!!!!

Took my 2005 Mini S Cooper there, expecting to hear awful news about the throttle body, (which I had done research about). That would of cost me hundred$..instead, they diagnosed and repaired it for less than $60.Thank you for your integrity and honesty. Im a customer for life.

Bad experience and waste of my time, I will never take my Mercedes there ever. They take forever to fix something to make another problem dont waste your money on them.

I cant say enough great things about this shop. I have an ancient Mercedes that every year for 3 years now, the few times its been towed to Euro Car Clinic, I expected I had to make a decison to sadly, end this cars life.The past 2 repairs were under $150! Last time it was just a relay switch for the fuel pump. I wouldve belived and paid for a whole fuel pump! Talk about honesty. Great people.

I cannot say enough about this place. I have collected British cars for 42 years and most recently moved from St. Louis to near Port Charlotte, Florida and was driving a 1960 MGA from St. Louis to our new home.Just outside of Ocala I noticed I was leaking antifreeze. It was late so I got a hotel room. Having just put in a new radiator a few days before I was hoping it wasnt that. Looked under the car and it looked like it was leaking from the water pump. I called and ordered a new pump and hoses and had them overnighted to the hotel.Then I got out my MGA club membership directory and looked for a member close by who could recommend a shop. The person who answered told me there was a fantastic place in downtown Ocala and texted me their name and number. Of course it was this place. The next morning I put antifreeze in and drove over just before they opened.Thankfully they were there, and it was the cleanest shop Ive ever been in. I even made the remark that you could eat off of the floor. I went in the office and the manager, Mark, greeted me nicer than I ever could expect from such an obviously busy place. Told him my story and told him I have parts coming in. He said hed get right on it and let me know before I had to check out of the hotel what was wrong in case I had to spend another night.Rented a car from enterprise around the corner, who he called and they picked me up. Went back to the hotel and the package was there. Took it back to him and they had already had my car in and saw it was only a hose. I gave him the three hose kit and asked to have all installed and left.I waited until after lunch to go back and the car was ready. He couldve told me the water pump was bad or anything. At this point he knew I live about 200 miles from them and their chances of seeing me again were slim. My bill was just for labor and less than a hundred bucks but I was treated like a VIP and they took care of someone in trouble and did what they could to get me back on the road.Well, if anything is ever needed on my car again I will get it there as Ive found the best. If they see this, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
