It cant recommend Tarayn with Allstate enough. Very high quality service and honest. Always straight forward with pricing and worked with me for several years. Allstate is not always the cheapest, but every year I find myself back talking with her because she makes it so easy to work with.

The bad news was five different times in a 16 month period someone hit one of our vehicles. The good news was that Taryn McLeod was our agent. It got to the point that Taryn would recognize my voice and I wouldn’t need to identify myself. During this unbelievably stressful time Taryn was wonderful. She would solve our problems practically before I knew it was a problem. She helped arrange towing, rentals, estimates and transportation from the accidents. She made sure that I would get all of the information from each accident.I was lucky the first time that I called Taryn. I was looking for quotes for insurance for multiple vehicles. Called them, gave them all my home info and they were supposed to send me a quote by email, never received it, so i called a day later, no one answered so i left a voicemail with my contact info and still over a week later havent heard from them, WHAT A SHAME FOR STATE FARM, they should close this office.
