This is one of my favorite nail salons in the East Bay. They are very nice and they do a great job. I recommend making an appointment because they can get busy, but I have had some success just walking in. Last time I got a gel manicure here it did not chip AT ALL until my next appointment, which was about 5-6 weeks later!

After months of being shuttered due to the pandemic; Loa-An Nail & Beauty Supply of Oakland is back open. Loa-Ann is my favorite salonist, shes a meticulous manicurist, very friendly and professional. She does an amazing job with waxing eyebrows. I am often complimented on my eyebrows after having them done by Loa-Ann. The atmosphere is relaxed and clean. Be sure to make an an appointment. Every so often, wait times for walk-ins are blight as this shop does get packed. The service is well worth the wait. I tip Loa-An generously for the work she does...and its a cool knod to support essential workers and local business. I do my hair toss; check my nails, baby how you feelin?

Long does the best nails . He has been doing my nails for years now I even followed him all the way to Oakland he use to be in Hilltop mall . It’s sad that he no longer works here .

I have been going to Lo Ann’s for over 15 years I’ve been to all of her salons she’s the best in everything eyebrows, eyelashes, waxing and more... but today my eyelashes are so nice my first time doing eyelash extensions and I am loving them they look so natural!

Came in here on a Wednesday morning just before noon to get a mani and a pedi. Only 1 other customer was present. I sat down and was met by the owner and told that they didn’t have time. I told her I was willing to wait and she replied, “you’ll have to wait too long”. I again told her I was willing to wait and proceeded to wait more than 30 minutes while she twiddled her thumbs and talked on her cell phone and a gentleman finished his pedicure on the only other customer. To my disdain after waiting patiently I relented and went elsewhere. I will not return.

Literally lost all the gel on my pinky toe in the shower the next morning, service was rude and in a rush while having an empty place, took about 20 minutes to get to me.

Bad job on nails the nail paint start chipping didn’t paint the whole nail. They are very sloppy and plus you can’t understand what there saying it’s hard to communicate. I go to the people next door but they were close i think y’all should go there too.

The new Loa-An Spa Grand Reopening This Sunday 9-5. I have been going to Loa Ans for 20 years. I love the attention, and the great products they use. One of the cleanest salons when it comes to the pedicures, I have very sensitive skin, so they do not use the dirty water they have to keep putting clean water when it comes to my spa pedicures.
