I have been attending classes with Unfair Advantage most weekdays since early 2020 and this has become the most important part of my fitness and training routine. Jonathan is welcoming and motivating every single day, and the best thing is that no matter which mood Im in, I always get to focus totally on class and come out of it feeling so much better. The gym atmosphere is always welcoming and encouraging: we all get what we need from every class and it is special to be part of a happy and familiar community. My fitness level and muscle definition have improved immensely through being part of Unfair Advantage, and more importantly my confidence is now much higher: I feel good and know that every week Ill keep making small improvements and learning more about how to stay in shape. I will keep attending and learning from Jonathans phenomenal expertise and guidance!

Im so glad I found Jonathan and his gym. The workouts are intense but highly effective. Jonathan has worked with me to modify moves when I needed it and now Im able to do so much more than when I first started. The atmosphere is fun and supportive and I really appreciate all the guidance that Jonathan has provided as he helps me reach my weight loss goals (down 20 lbs so far!). I’ve been training at this gym for over a year now and it is like a second home to me. The community here is great and Jonathan is a trainer full of energy and dedicated to his craft. The classes are a good mixture of weight lifting and cardio and will keep you in great shape. You will not find another group fitness gym with this price/class availability in the Bay Area.

This gym has a super friendly atmosphere that translates in to a fun group dynamic. I have never got such a thorough workout as the sunday kickboxing training, and still wanted to go back.It is a great place to make friends if you are new to the area, and a clean fresh, open space to excercise in summer and winter.The trainers are incredible generous and genuine. I have brought several friends along. Highly recommend.
