I just did a 6 week challenge here and lost 7.7% body fat! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and amazing and the facilities are top notch. 10/10 would recommend! Also their proprietary protein powder blend is delicious!
Omg I just completed my 6 week challenge! I was able to lose 19 pound and gain 1.1lb of muscle. I also lost 6.1 % body fat 🙌🏾🙌🏾 I’ve tried other well known 20 pounds in 6 week challenges and this by far was the best. What I liked most about Ascension Fitness is they calculated your body fat as well as your muscle gain. One huge difference from other weight loss challenges is there’s a 24 hour assistant that you can speak to any time or the day if you have any questions. The staff is friendly and the workouts are for every fitness level. I will definitely continue my membership here. Summer here I come baby!!!
I’m finishing up the six week challenge here at Ascension; if you’re on the fence about it, just do it! The nutrition plan sounds crazy at first but it’s definitely doable but obviously requires discipline and planning to stay on track. Also, the workouts are great. I loved being able to go to the gym...the workouts will challenge you. If you’re not familiar with CrossFit workouts, it’s ok! They will help you figure out how to scale each workout to where you are physically. Overall, it was such a great experience! In a little under six weeks, I lost 6.2% body fat, I feel stronger, and I have my eating habits more under control! Thank you Ascension Fitness
I just finished the 6 Week Challenge at Ascension Fitness and lost 22 pounds of body fat, which was an 8.7 point drop in my body fat percentage. In 6 weeks!
