I love taking swimming lessons here and especially with this company. They are very professional and great with communication. They accommodate my needs and are very patient with me. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking to learn how to swim.

Find another place to work out. Dont trust this place with your credit card. The other negative reviews about this place are true. They dont let you cancel or pause your membership even though they say you can at sign up. they continue to bill you. now I have spend hours I dont have with collections Better Business Bureau and a townships complaining over stupid gym membership. Save yourself a headache theres other places out there. These people really dont deserve the business

Absolutely NO NO x kid’s Bday! Not a place for this type of event! They absolutely don’t have the patience!! horrible ! All we heard was the pinch high tone voice from this lady that works there when yelling at the kids!This place SHOULDNT offer this type of events if they don’t know how to deal with kids.

I use to enjoy this place, however, when the management changed the whole place went downhill. The staff is relatively unfriendly, I’ve seen the manager yell at customers, and everyone I used to work out with has left. They majorly changed the class schedule and hiked up the prices as well.

Horrible owners dont care about staff or members. Only concerned with how much money they can make. Place is old ceiling tiles are hanging dirty and dusty vents. They had to replace the floor 4 years ago due to water damage and never finished it. A whole panel of the floor is missing. Yet they have absolutely no trouble charging fees every year. They have also cut out a lot of child care that was promised when classes where in session. Yet they want 2 months notice when you want to leave. Horrible place stay away, I would have given 0 stars if I could.

DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! They raise rates without notification, their cancellation policy violates consumer protection laws.. and if you complain to Better Business Bureau they cancel your membership without notice.Lets also not forget how dirty the place is, moldy, doors falling off. When you go to see if you want to go there.. look at pools missing tiles, look at ceiling.. moldy.. look at brand new paint job that was completed by a blind man. LOW CLASS .. Office staff peggy will hang up on you after a 10 second conversation and cancel your membership without notice

It is not good, they made so hard to canceled the membership, continue to charge you even you are no longer there. It is closed at lunch time on weekends. I cant never use that place, but they want you to pay.I will not recommend that place.
