This out fit operates as a scam. I also believe that a company that uses it to ship their product is in on it.

WARNING: THIS “COMPANY” IS RUN LIKE A SCAM! If I could give 0 stars I would! NEVER use this company to ship ANYTHING. Wow I’ve never had an expirence with a company like this before and honestly I felt so DISRESPECTED AND CHEATED. Okay so it started with the package being late. They were texting my husband about the delivery and every day they would promise it would be there only to have some problem come up everyday, which was super inconvenient bc the persons whose name is on it has to be home to sign for it when it comes. We would be assured it would come that day so my husband would miss work, only to find out later in the day sure enough “The van was broken” then they texted us that they were at our house with the package at 3 am, and tried to blame the fact that we weren’t there to sign on us. We was inside asleep??? AND THE WORST PART was that they have HIDDEN INSURANCE FEES. They would tell us that the package could not be delivered without the insurance so we had no other choice but to pay. My husband gave them $200 on two occasions so we could finally receive our package. WE STILL DIDNT GET IT. This company then shamelessly asked for another $500! That’s $900 in “insurance” for a package that wasn’t even worth the first $200! They claimed it was all refundable upon delivery, but we didn’t have the money or want to pay anymore. We felt like we we’re being taken advantage of. I called the customer service which was of NO help at all. Told us they couldn’t do anything until we gave them the additional $500. We can’t even return it or get any of our money back we put down trying to get the package. I got upset and called the company for how it is... A SCAM and their customer service told me I would regret insulting them and hung up on me! Then they texted my husband claiming that they were charging us $100 for every insult. IF I HAD $100 FOR EVERY INSULT THIS COMPANY MADE AGAINST MY FAMILY I WOULD BE ABLE TO PAY THEIR STUPID HIDDEN FEES. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE TO AN ACTUAL LEGIT COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND LIARS AND HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE FTC.
