Fast Dock workers with amazing attitudes, security guard was awesome. Dont mind the annoyances of getting to/from here.

All other ship/rec should take note of this location. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Drivers take note, lumper service fee has changed and they’ve started charging for being late. Still, a great experience coming here.

Very organized.. check in with gate guard... very nice guy... the park where he tells you... would be 5 star but the lady you check in with has a broom up her .... other then that a great place to unload except for the dust.... thanks

Wow super quick unload. let you arrive at 4am to unload(even if your appointment is for 1300 like mine). Lumper is too the point comchek and etf check. One of my favorite places to go to now

I got in/out very quickly. The lot and parking area is atrocious to drive through, so go slow. Very organized and fairly easy to get to. Easy access back to the 580.

Quick and to the point. In and out. No real secure parking anywhere near their lot, so plan ahead.

Horrible, wont work WITH you to sort out their problem, dont allow drivers any facilities, dont speak English, etc...

This place is high pace and pushing,but they get the job done. I arrived at 03:00 this morning,my appointment was at 11:00 this morning but they took me in,gave me a door and unloaded my in under two hours,so in my book that is dam good. Keep up the great work,but try and push with a smile some drivers arriving are very tired and may take what your doing to them the wrong.Food for thought.

Staff is helpful and quick with unloading service. Their parking is not great. It is unpaved and gravel rock lot. Very Dusty. Heads Up.

On site parking is a rarity in oakland. Get you in and out moderately fast.

Appointment at 8 am there till after 11 am charged us for a lumper fee wouldnt unload us cuz they lost the paperwork and no one knew what to do. Customer says last time we have to deal with incompetent ppl she wont be using them again.

One big cluster of trucks, yard dogs and workers walking around....Can be hectic if youve never experienced controlled chaos b4! I still give 5 stars because everyone there is professional and very courteous. They get u a door, unload you and give you your bills in a timely fashion. Im in n out within 2hrs EVERY time👍

I gave it 5 stars for Efficiency and Professional Courtesy. Security, Receiving and Docks, all were on too of their game. Yes its busy an alittle tight but its doable and not as tight as most. Good Job guys/girls

Arrived 4 hrs early and they checked me in, with in 1 hr I was assigned a dock, took about 2 hrs to unload. Lumper was $125 for a truckload and they take EFS / T CheckAs far as parking for this facility their does not appear to be any overnight parking, but if you head west 1 block to the light and turn south across R/R tracks you can park in the center lane. Their are Porta potty‘s along the road and a few picnic tables. It seems to be out of the way of down town and have never had any issues or problems parking in the center lane, did a 34 hr reset their with no issues.Overall very friendly staff for a dock yard

Pretty busy place. Get there early if possible. I arrived at 4:45 AM and at least 10 trucks where already docked and getting unloaded. Hopefully it will be awhile before I have to return. Appt was at 05:30, unloaded and gone at 8.

Friendly staff (especially the guard) and they unloaded me very quickly (I was out before my appointment time). Small amount of parking on-site while waiting for a dock (dunno how early they’ll let you arrive). Couple of downsides are some of the docks looked hella tight to back in to (mine was easy tho) and the dirt lot probably gets crazy muddy when it rains but it was dry while I was there. $125 lumper fee was pretty reasonable for an almost full trailer.

Interesting place. They will let you come in the night before, wake you up to check in (3:30), tell you what door you need then give you the lumper receipt.Couple of hours later, tell you that they need the door & to leave ... when you ask for copy of the bills, THEN they unload you. Smh

Fast unload

A bit of a wait, had a 1030 appointment time got in at 1215, but once in to unload. Was out 45 minutes later. They just need more docks for their cross dock unloading is all. Oh yeah, it is a very tight fit so be for your backing test! So dont say you werent warned! LOL!!

In and out thats the way we like it. Pts is fast at unloading.

Got there an hour early got a door right away fast unload

Very dirty place, run by the Mexican mafia. $125 fee to unload.Your trailer will sit open for hours on the open dock while the frozen meat melts as is exposed to all the dust there.Even the bathrooms are so dirty they have mildew and mold and stink. Mexican mafia style.Trucks can park on the street until the guard opens the gate.If you are one of the first few the back into a dock and they will unload you first, when they get there .They start at 6pm on weekends, 3am week days. But they arrive late always.Not recommended as a place to use for food distribution or shipping. They are very dirt and lazy.

You have to be on time to unload. Took 1.5hrs wait time, then 45 min to unload. If your cool with the office staff they are cool with you. Attitudes will be given back. I saw both sides.

One of the easiest customers we deliver too, never here more than 2 hours from arrival to heading out the gate. Staging area is a cratered dust bowl that gets really fun when raining.

Been here to unload several times. Never had long wait to get to dock. Dock space is tight but they unload fairly quickly. No parking before/after appointments meaning you have to take your chance with street parking near the port.

I mean I know Im in Oakland but damn you dont have to be soooo damn ghetto. 4 hours to get a door and 3 hours to unload, while your reefer is blasting on full but the guy is just sitting there talking saying that hes counting the product. The only reason there is even a star in this rating is because of the guard/guy at the front gate is really cool.

Very dirty lot with pot holes everywhere. You have rail trailer drivers in here driving all crazy in and out the lot all day. Make sure to have a lumper check ready because they want that right away. The doors here to get into are really tight so make sure to GOAL your message. There is know over night parking here so be sure to find a safe haven to park. First time here to deliver was easy to get into lot to check in with guard, but dirt lot is not level and the HUGE HOLES Will swallow your truck. Be very careful!

The office staff and gate are polite. But man it took at least 5 hours to get unloaded. Were only up to 5, so cant really say how much longer... The guy in the office said I may not even have to wait until my appt time ... And that was 4 hours ago.

I received a notification on my credit card last night stole my number. They used the card to process a $1 transaction and immediately a $95 transaction at a “Shell” at this zip code/indicator on the Location Map. Luckily my credit card company notified me and this piece of Garbage won’t be able to steal from me again. I live in Florida, I’ve never been to California. Someone at this business tried to steal my identity at 10:45 pm EST time at this location. I don’t know if it was an employee or random trucker but hopefully the managers can see this and find who ever it was but you should be ashamed of yourselves. It’s Christmas time and someone is trying to steal money from my family. You are rotten to the core.

No overnight parking. Expect to sleep on the road if youre a driver. Security guard doesnt speak good English so having him repeat himself he gets very hostile, super tight area to back a semi truck. But alw aus a accomplishment when you do.

The gate is friendly and helpful the office people where so so. Got there 0530 gate opens at 0300 office opens at 0700 didnt get unloaded until 1700

..been here twice.. been to better, been to worse.. if youve never been here, your GPS will say youre here.. (while on 7th St..)youll be like where?.. theres a small street that has 17 foot concrete walls on either side of it..thats them..! Just before the ramp on to I-880... Dusty-ass lot.. if you leave your windows down, youll have 2 inches of tan dust all over the interior of your truck..If you get here at 7: 00 a.m., youll witness all the P.O.S. container haulers scrambling to get their containers hooked up & roll..lol..(CA DOT would have a field-day here!)

Small pot hole filled lot, take forever to unload you, the dirt lot to park in has hole big enough to swallow a truck. Very dirty and trashy feeling. Ive seen places in nyc better than this.employees are very lazy. Place needs a revamp

Small lot. Very busy when I was here. The guard checks your seal then you find a spot in the dirt lot to the left. Go inside to check in. Pray you get dock 40 or below. Blindside after that.
