Very rude disrespectful arrogant people they keep hanging up on me when i was calling them to ask them a simple question

I spent about 10 minutes calling this check cashing to see how much they would charge to cash my check, and they did not answer the phone. When they did answer the phone, it was to hang it up. I called right back and the phone line was busy. After about 12 more times of calling, it was the same thing. They answer the phone to hang it up, they wouldnt say hello in and out check cashing, it was just to hang up the phone and then the phone line would be busy. As if they were on the phone. Very bad company with a non usable phone number for customers.

My first time going there and its the last one, that people need to be trained very bad service, Ill never go back again

At the store twice, the lady cashier is very rude and unfriendly.I advice the management to do something on her or train her on customer-relationship if the business needs going on. Thank you
