I was barely in the chair 5 minutes as he used a pair of scissors to cut less than a half an inch in length of my hair. He left a long cowlick which he plastered down so I wouldn’t see it until I washed my hair. I will never return to this barber.

Best barber shop Ive ever been to. Its the only shop Ive ever really felt comfortable in. Great cut and great conversation. I always look forward to my monthly visit - its like hanging out with old friends in there.

First time in and I can say I didnt stay and I wont be back!! I walk in and instantly I have 4 pairs of eyes fixed on me and not one person says or even gestures a welcome!! I sit down and one guy casually acknowledges my presence!! As hes finishing a gentlemans cut he announces he is on lunch then the other barber chimes in with well Im going as soon as I finish this cut! Guy looks at me and says You can come back later!

Well! I had an incredible experience not only did I get exactly what I wanted Tiffany and Anthony helped me get my keys out of my car while I was getting my cut. Reasonably priced and professional. I highly recommend Montclair Barbershop not only for their customer service but their kindness to me as a person! Thank you!

Awful experience. Tiffany was extremely rude and was on the phone when asking what I wanted. She never once said anything. I got up and left and she started yelling at me about she needed to make a payment. The owner stood by and watched. It also smelled strange in there. Overall a dirty rude place I would avoid it!!!

Ive gotten my haircut here twice a month for the last five years and would never go to any else except Daniel--or maybe Teegan IF Daniel isnt available and I absolutely have to have a trim for a photo shoot or TV appearance--even though it took Daniel four years to remember my name.My mother also swears by Daniel and loves going to barbershop to get her hair done.We love the friendly atmosphere and the how friendly and welcoming the other barbers are at the shop. Its great fun to go to Montclair Barbershop and I can honestly recommend them, and especially Daniel, with the utmost confidence to my friends and family.

Needed a haircut for an interview and Im new to the neighbourhood and the only place I could do a drop in. I got a great haircut for a awesome price. My stylist, she was quick and didnt complain about my thick hair - Ill be back.

Nice guy cut my hair - he was fast and efficient and gave a solid hair cut. Talkative barber, but kind of what youd expect.

These guys wont cut your hair if the type of haircut you want will take too long. Wouldnt recommend them.

The haircut I got there wasnt the best. Uneven and the lady seemed annoyed the whole time. Wont be back.
