I’ve been doing my taxes with TaxFam for years. I’m literally in and out in less than an hour. The pre check in helps them to get you in and out in a timely manner.

The whole experience was perfect from walking to the front desk Melika(I do not know if I spelled it correctly) was so welcoming, friendly. Evening waiting was comfortable with massage chairs for each guest, movie and beverages/snacks. Then once they took you back to your taxes they went over every detail, explained it, answered questions and explained the breakdown of the tax return. Finally, the executive director double checks everything and calls you to clarify any changes. I overall had an excellent experience. I’ll be back and will refer them to everyone.

I am always rushing to find somewhere to file my taxes every year. A friend texted me and told me about TaxFam and I jumped at the chance. For a few reasons, one they have really great hours. I didnt have to rush to make it to the office with the crazy traffic during the week. Secondly, there was no long line, like I thought it would be due to the time of the month. Lastly, the customer service was surprising great. Normally any tax office associates act like you have to beg for good service but not here. TaxFam was great with answering my concerning questions and putting my mind at ease. Thank you TaxFam, I will be in to file my taxes next year!
