Have no idea why I went back . Entered my wrong SS # which pushed getting my refund back 2 months ! I should have reported this to my lawyer but I will not be returning . Customer service is horrible .

She might get you a big refund but it’s really a scam. She put the wrong income amount, wrong name and stated I had lost money on a business that year which is not true. All the numbers she faked were even numbers which made the IRS suspicious. I was audited and fined $6,000 more. When I tried to have her amend and help me fix her mistake, she refused to return my calls and is somehow never in her office. I was not told what she was doing to get me such a low amount. I just signed off and now I’m paying the consequences and not her.Avoid this place if you wanna sleep at night knowing your taxes were done correctly. Or make sure you review everything with a fine toothed comb before letting her file for you.
