In early of April I email West Insurance for a quote on getting General Liability, for days we were playing phone tag. We finally got connected on April 12 I explained my last insurance company did not inform me of the expiration of 23 days without having general liability and I need a quote for it and a company to handle all of my insurance and that I need to cut ties with this other company. I explained what I need insured and he said he will get a quote together. As of today I have not heard from him I going to assume he did want to be bother with it or there was not an enough business for him. What make this worse is that he was referred to me from someone

Beware... little to no customer service. Forget help with a claim, pray you dont have a big loss because your claim probably will get denied. They dont care about the customer only the policy on the books and chopping everything off coverage to make the premiums low to sell it so it stays on the books. They write the bad coverage policies to get your loan to go through then your screwed on any claims with super high deductibles. Buyer beware.
