Progressive has been my worst insurance experience this far. I didn’t make it past a month with customer service. Cancelled! I will never pay a company that sucks!! I will take my money else where every time.

Be Careful they change you policy and cancel it and after that sent to you to collection . Avoid this company abusive practice . Just go away

The young lady who helped me was kind and sweet. She made our experience easy. She explained everything thing in detail what I was signing. I have a 2year old daughter and she played with my daughter in a way most people couldnt. I dont remember her name but she had short hair cut and was red in color. You are amazing. Thank you.. the world needs more of you.

Drove 6 months with a Snapshot device(very stressful) to get a promise discount and since I was so good I got the discount but insurance in my area went up the lady said to me ( your driving was awesome but insurance went up in your area) End of story I’m paying more now than before woww very disappointing
