Horrible practices involving Healthcare.gov renewals. Changed my plan and accessed my marketplace application without consent. Modified carrier overages without any consent. Did not update personal information on application including address and income. All in the name of commissions no concern for my personal preferences or needs.After being notified they were no longer authorized to access the application, proceeded to access and delete anyway from the Government Site.BUYERS BEWAREDO NOT TRUSTHEALTHCARE.GOV & MARKETPLACE FRAUD
