This firm was assigned to handle our warranty claim. Tech flat out lied about when would arrive, and later tried to deny it. When asked if he thought we experienced good customer service with him he offered up an unbelievable its not my problem. All I needed to here, he was sent packing. Save yourself much aggravation and disappointment, do not contact these guys, there are plenty of companies that value the importance of providing good customer service.

Summer time in Florida.. the perfect time for your AC to go out. That’s what happens to what seems like.. everyone. These guys are busy! Their job is very well done though. Professional, personable, they get the job done. As frustrating as it is having your AC go out on a weekend, once they came, they did a perfect job. Would highly recommend. I had to have a complete AC installation, which takes at least 4 hours. Have to give these guys credit for all the hard work they do. Thank you!!!My only complaint is that they didn’t come when they said, but kept in contact, and I understand how busy it gets even when I’m sweating like a pig. Will use their services again.

Called Frank for an AC repair and set up a Thursday service call. After a no show on Thursday, we were guaranteed a Friday by 6:00PM. Friday we had someone stay home and available util 8:00PM! Another NO SHOW. I called Monday, asking what happened, an appointment was again scheduled for today! Franked called back and (no kidding) took offense to me asking if we could count on them showing up!! He hung up and TEXED we should find someone else. Gladly. Great price hook if you dont actually need the job completed OR have LOTS of time to waste waiting for them to SHOW UP. 5-STAR FLAKES

I will just start of by saying that On Point Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a Godsend. Seriously, I mean it. Im soooooo glad that the owner of our normal company in West Palm referred us to them! (My normal company doesnt go that far South, understandably) I only wish I wouldve reached out to them first instead of calling other companies on my own. Would have saved me some major headache and time. We have a rental property in Ft. Lauderdale, and though I only live in West Palm Beach, its a far enough drive down to be a hassle when something breaks.I called On Point last Wednesday, after having horrible experiences with not one, not two, but THREE different companies. I called the number, and much to my surprise, Anthony, the owner himself answered the phone, gave me a time window that he would arrive that day. Awesome! He showed up, right on time, clean cut and professional. After about 15 minutes of checking things out. He returned to me, told me EXACTLY, in layman terms what was wrong, and gave me a flat price to repair. Which I thought was perfectly reasonable with the amount of work involved. An hour later? Boom. Cold air conditioning again! I also decided to sign up for maintenance to try to keep this from happening again and catch problems before they become major breakdowns, requiring I drive to Lauderdale.I cant thank you enough, Anthony, for being honest, straight forward, and professional. Moreover, for not wasting my time like the other companies did. And for going above and beyond, fixing my system when 3 others said it couldnt be fixed - which in the end was all scared tactic BS - trying to make sales, presumably beacause they are straight commission employees.. I also really appreciated that even knowing I had a terrible experience with these other companies, Anthony never said a cross word about them. Just goes to show you the kind of integrity this company and its owner has.As for the other 3 companies? Im still in shock at their high pressure tactics almost a week later. These all being big outfits who have billboards all over S. Florida, so I assumed they were trustworthy... My mistake. I will never, and would never, reccomend ANYONE ever call Air Around the Clock, Air Pros, or Pride Air Conditioning. ALL THREE companies sent a technician over whom I can only compare to a sleazy used car salesman. They never even attempted to fix our unit. They just started in with the high pressure sales tactics after about 5 minutes at our rental. Just despicable. Highly recommend anyone reading this call Anthony at On Point!

Anthony was prompt and honest. He quickly diagnosed the issue. For decades l I’ve paid ECM to have their AC ‘Specialists’ come out and tell me I need to clean my unit filter monthly (I do)? and then add freon to complete the fix. Every 4 months my AC would freeze up. When Anthony came out he saw that parts of the coil assembly were missing and the copper tubing return was bent. ECM has been ripping me off and doing subpar work. I would trust Anthony every time.

Summertime in South Florida can be brutal; add a 2 month old baby, and a broken air conditioning unit to the mix and sanity can be and will be lost.I contacted Anthony, the owner, and he made it a point to get to me the same day. Ive dealt with other companies in the past and it seems theyll diagnose your issue anyway possible to make sure you are spending an arm & a leg. Not here... I bought a Groupon and what a disapointment of service. The service was to clean ALL vents and ducts. Well they just pluged a vacum to one of them for about 15-20 min and that was it the service was included cleaning the dryer vent that was the quickest check that I ever witnnesed. They didnt move the dryer. Never again
