I had a interview back in July, was told by Michelle Patino (supv.) I would need a Dr release to obtain a temp job. Ok been trying to reach out to Michelle for 2-3 weeks now........nothing. I left voice messages, call shes not in, and etc. Hate I waisted my gas, and time coming from Indiana, for a mediocre temp job. They were so friendly and nice while I was in office......now cant even get a call back. (Michelle Patino)

The Reserves Network helped me find a job quickly, twice. The first time I visited the office I was offered work immediately. I had worked for about and year and left due to a family emergency. When I applied back to work nearly a year later I was welcomed again and offered a job almost immediately and at the same place. For the total of two years that I have been here, they have been very cooperative and always willing to work with me no matter what situation I had to go through. Theyre very flexible with you and try to attend to everyone. Id definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of a job.

I experienced service over myself toward the Latinos that came into the facility. A lady named Maria left me alone multiple times to service a Latino woman that came in after me even though I had a set appointment. My second interview slot was pushed back randomly and I couldn’t make the later time at such a short notice. I noticed priority by Maria to service those closer to her ethnicity over me.

This is my second time using this agency and from experience theyre really great in finding positions that fits your skills.

I’ve been to plenty of temp offices but none have compared to this one. They truly treat you like decent human beings. I like the girl named Tifanny? I think that’s how you spell her name. She’s really nice, helpful and informative. If you need a job, talk to Tifanny! She will hook you up! She knows what she’s doing and seems to be on top of everything. Theyre nice to you when trying to place you in a position that someone else just quit.But the more you work with them, the more you realize that all the reps here are rude with poor customer service skills, and they treat you like youre literally their property.Add in the fact that they have no reliable contracts and most of the employers they place you with dont hire you on anyway, and youll realize youre better off finding a job for your self than going through these idiots.

If I could give this trash company an even lower rating, I would. Sorry I wasted my time and energy making the trip to their office..only for the manager to tell me there was no work available..AFTER THEY CALLED ME FOR AN INTERVIEW/orientation days earlier. How unprofessional. Im sure Ive found much better employment opportunities ON MY OWN than what they have to offer. This agency generally has a very poor reputation, namely with their employees and job seekers and Ive seen why, I dont see how they are in business. On top of that I believe they are racially biased, favoring hispanics. At least at the office I went to in oak lawn. DONOT WORK WITH THEM. FIND BETTER. I ALREADY HAVE.

If your willing to settle for less this is the place to be. the staff is horrible. The jobs they send you too are labor intensive. The pay is not so great. And if you dont like the job and decide to leave they will deny you service. so best advice is to keep it moving and go with another temp office because this one is a waste of time. They got 2 stars for a reason. Believe me when I say this I worked through them.

This place is the worst. They routinely under employ Black Americans. The staff is rude, uninformed, and just plain distant. They already have a job, so what do they care about helping you find one.Update; TRN responded to this post. I was looking for a job and I was treated very badly. At this point, I have scratched this place off my list and will never return. I will be honest with any job seekers thinking about giving this staffing agency a try.

Said I had interview it was an orientation they give you no info put you a room waited for an hour until I was done with this staffing waste of time give it zero stars if possible

HORRIBLE PLACE! Extremely RUDE! They had me sitting there watching the same video TWICE! When I got up to inform them it was finished, they said they would come in when they are ready! 30 mins passed again and nothing so I just left! DO NOT COME HERE!

This is the worst Staffing Agency Ive ever been to. They hired me on February 26, 2018 and I wasnt notified until two weeks later that I was hired. A whole entire month passed and I still hadnt recieved a call saying I could start working. They are rude and unprofessional. This business needs to shut down. Please do not go there looking for any work because they are no help when it comes to finding you a job!
