I went to this interview and it seemed to be good interview from my point of view. The employer said that they would be able to find a job for me. Weeks go by and I have to repeatedly call them in order to get an update in regards to my status for employment. While I’m talking to the lady at the agency, she says that they do not have any jobs available at the current moment. Then, even with the qualifications that I have, she offered me two positions that I had no desire of working and I had told them that prior. This place has no sense of urgency and they seem as though they do not care to find a position for you or the right position for you. A month without any contact from them is unacceptable.

Every single day for a month straight this express location has robocalled my phone after I told them repeatedly through text to stop calling my phone, theyre willingly breaking telemarketing laws and cant take no for an answer. Im taking this to a public domain now incase one of those class action attorneys sees this because Im sick of these repeated calls.

Satisfied w/my application process applied two weeks ago, havent been placed yet. Applied for clerical/office, the representative was transparent letting me know those assignments are a little slower coming in but to check in a few times a week and they should be able to place me soon. Appreciate the honesty.Everyone was wonderful the staff at the front desk to the staffing rep who interviewed me. Both professional putting me at ease! Signing up is easy. Applied from the comfort of home, then called for interview. Will update review in a month if placed.ETA:updated 1/10/19, again while impressed with professionalism of office its been a month w/no job placement. Despite calling in twice a week, having excellent work history with ACTUAL verifiable work references from previous supervisors. Disappointing but I will continue to check in. Updated 3/9/19 was offered job about a month ago- unable to accept due to current job. Extremely grateful I believe it only took two months for a job to come up due to the lag around the holidays. Give them a shot they will work hard to place you!!

Called to start the process and the women who answered the phone was extremely rude I don’t even wanna continue the process. Please learn good customer service

If you are realistic about what you are willing to do and can do, and really adamant about looking for work, an agency is the way to go! This agency was able to place me into temp work right away. I was very pleased with the work and the environment as it was the perfect match for me, just so sorry that it was just a temp job. I was able to retrieve my weekly paychecks, as promised, without any trouble. The staff is very friendly and effective in their roles.

Express employees are super helpful!!! Really recommend this place ! I really appreciated Suviki at the front office because of her positive attitude! Also, Alex found me a job really quick and kept following up over email to make sure everything was going alright.

Helped my wife fill out an application here, she had good qualifications too. The lady there said i’ll give you a call later or 2mrw to come in for interview in 2 days cause there was an open slot. But she Never called, i don’t think they are legit like other ones. I have worked at the one on 47th & kedzie and they were much faster, always had work took only 3 days to start working. But these staffing places like this on 95th are horrible

Great place to work for. I had no problem with finding work with this company. The jobs assignment I was sent to was amazing. Even when there was a problem with a job site, the issue was resolve in great timely matter..There not like other staffing agencies, Show interest into working . You have a job!!!!

I never do reviews online, but I have to give credit when credit is due. A year ago I came across Express Employment Professionals on career builder. I have never worked with a temp agency before and was a bit skeptical about working with Express. To my surprise, it was the best decision I made for myself. I was very impressed with the amount of professionalism and care that was given to me. The assignments I was sent on while waiting for something long term was amazing. The companies were very professional, which made me feel very confident and trust their process in finding me permanent employment. During this process, the owners actually checks on each associate by talking to the companies and emails associates to see how things are going. Thats when I realized that Express Pros in Oak Lawn really believe in each associate that walks thru their door, knowing they would not place someone on assignments theyre not willing to hire themselves. How do I know this....I am the Front Office Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals in Oak Lawn. My advice to all, Good things come to those who wait, trust the process...I did.

This Express Employment lives up to their name. They are Professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a job. The process is quick the staff gets you in and out with a lead on a job and if you don’t have a lead they always follow up to let you know that they are searching for you. They placed me in a great company that I honestly see myself working for for a very long time. If anyone is looking for a job shoot there. My personal favorite, Yaritza she gets the job done.

Not very professional. Im guessing they received my resume in response to a job posting - but its just a guess because they never had the courtesy to leave a message. After repeated calls to my cell phone during work hours, I finally had an opportunity to answer and the caller wasnt very pleasant when I told her that Id have to call her back at a time when I could talk. When I did return the call, another woman answered the phone and asked if she could help me. I explained that I didnt know exactly why Kristin called because she didnt leave a message. She didnt actually listen when I gave my name and kept calling me by a different name. I asked to hold. After just 2 minutes the same woman returned to the line with the same question, still calling me by a different name. I expect a higher level of professionalism from Employment Professionals READ the resume, LISTEN when people talk - 2 basic rules of recruiting.

Express is a wonderful agency to work for. I was placed at an amazing company the day after I went in at a temp to perm position with decent pay and excellent hours. The staff is awesome and Yaritza was extremely efficient and simply wonderful.

I called just to get information and the lady seemed to be waiting to respond and not listening to the true intent of my call. I then called another place and in the same amount of time I had everything I needed and was invited to come in today and told about position available in the area I was looking for. No reason this place rated at almost 5 stars couldnt do the same.

If there was a zero applicable id rate it at tht. Place discriminated on race at first applying, then got rude responses for false information given saying Id earn more, than I got offered half of tht! Kept having to come in only to have to not be sent when i have a credible wrk history. Avoid this location at all cost! F.y.i if i could attach the recording admitting 25/hr recording to the actual 14 offered by staff i would but nice way to shakedown clients that you make twice as much with best of luck!

I waited over an hour the first time had to come back the second time she complained about me having my daughter making noises while she was on the phone... they are very unprofessional at this location in oak lawn, they have many personal conversations and not considerate of other people’s time and they are rude... I hope the other locations are not like this I had to leave

They called me and scheduled an interview for me to come up there. I waited a hour just for them to say go to the other office!!!! Waste of my time and money! When I talked to the lady over the phone I told her my availability and everything she made it seem like they had a job available for me when I come up there smh never again!
