This place is the worst. Would not recommend. First off. You have to give a nonrefundable 100 dollar deposit. They had my equipment for 16 days. I would call them and they would say call back in a couple days. Then they say I need a new motherboard and itll cost 190 to swap but couldnt explain to me how they came to that conclusion. So lastly I go to pick up my Playstation because Im not giving this horrible company anymore of my money. I get to the building, door is locked and it says to call this number. I call and the person says you need an appointment. No where anywhere does it say you need an appointment. Go elsewhere. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Service was horrible I brought my sons Xbox one s in to be fixed I told him it was hdmi port so a week later I pick the system up 100$ for repair the Xbox was not fix so I called and told him he said bring it back in so I did a week later and he asked for 25$ more ok bring it home and same problem there wasn’t nothing repaired so now it’s been almost a month my son went without his Xbox and now he says it’s your motherboard so if it was the motherboard why wouldn’t you diagnose that the first time so now he wants 200$ for motherboard but that’s ridiculous I was Supposed to be on a 30day warranty from first repair used Xbox one s At game stop is 200$ so I went on offer up got my son same one for 140$ he’s happy but I’m not they still have my sons Xbox one S

Horrible service. Make sure that you call they might be on a lunch break or managing another store 1 hour away. If you just trying to pick it up call the day before instead of calling when at the door like the door sign says.

Dropped off 12/2 was told it’d be done before Christmas, no phone call came. Called and they tell me they could not fix and to take it Tinley park. It is 1/22 and I just now was able to pick up due to getting the run around of they were closed (even before the store hours), kept my deposit Bc they put time into looking at it, still can not tell me what the issue is just guesses, rude owner every time I called, I didn’t need an appointment after being told I did, couldn’t even find my device for about 10 min. I went here to fix my ps4 and he said he was able to fix it. 2 weeks later i called and he said it wasnt fixable. He charged me a $100 for it to sit in his shop for 2 weeks. No refunds.

Had my PS4 for about a month and couldn’t give me any update although it was fixed. It took way longer than expected considering he does not have a team to repair anything he sends everything out to techs for repair he also doesn’t test the equipment to see if it’s working after repair. This guy is literally just here to make money off of your broken systems/equipment. Might come back might not 🤷🏽‍♂️

Terrible service. Only one person works here & he’s not always at the shop. He’ll make you wait for him to come. Made me wait a hour on 2 different separate occasions. Got my Xbox back after about a month and it was still broke. Just awful service and lack of caring about customers.

I took my sons PS4 here January 7th because it was shutting off (I was quoted 110-160 and was told possibly 2 wks for the fix). I called a few times to get updates/details and was told we will call you when its fixed. On February 21st, I got the message it was repaired...great! When I got back in town to pick it up, I hooked it up immediately and it did the same thing that I brought it in for. I called to let them know and was told nicely it is still under the 30 day warranty so bring it back in. I will bring it back in and hopefully I can give a positive update about this experience, but it has been a long and costly time with no working PS4 (I paid 160.), and I cant help but feel regretful. Im hoping it will not be another 6 weeks or extra cost...or if they cant fix it, I respect an honest we cant fix it, heres a refund so that I can make other arrangements. Other than that, the guy working there is a nice man.

So I had a 40gb original ps3 with the YLOD and asked these guys for some help. I was thrilled on how fast they were able to fix it, on top of that, I had asked them if they could put a larger hd last minute. For $30 more they could put a 320gb in! During transfering files I had some corrupted data with my save files and lost some of them, for the inconvience they offered to put in a 500gb no charge! In all when I got home with my newly revamped ps3 everything worked great! Its like having a new ps3! Great job! Highly recommended
