Had my haircut by Junior. By far the best service I had. Moved to the town recently and it was hard trying to find a barber so I’m glad I had found this one.

They did an amazing job on my almost 2 year old son, and believe me he did not make it easy for them lol I highly recommend this place.

I went in on a Saturday because I needed a hair cut immediately they were only taking appointments that was fine was told I could make one for Sunday and I booked with Milo all he asked was that I confirm with him later Saturday nite I texted and confirmed for 10:00 on Sunday I pulled up at 9:55 am on Sunday and he wasn’t there I waited until 10:15 he wasnt there I texted to check if he was in route or what was going on and called at 10:45 he still wasn’t there I left a message no return call so I left, today is Monday this young man has not called to apologize or nothing! This is very unprofessional and time is a value now days no one should have it wasted. I had to drive all the way to Hammond Indiana to get a haircut because I had a event on Sunday.

The Barber I had was unexpected not good rookie. Also I got taxed 45 dollars for a rookie fade that had lines in it I will not come back to this Shop💈🤔

It was my first time being in the shop and wanted something different as far as a new cut and thats what I definitely got. Loved the cut it was all on point and Ill be back.

I started bringing my son to Evelin about a year ago, and it’s been nothing but positive experiences. She’s never once given him a bad cut, and is extremely patient with kids. I had another barber up until a few months ago when I decided to try out a haircut with Evelin, and now she cuts both me and my son on a weekly basis. The shop is always clean, barbers always greet when you come in, and service is top notch.

The fade room has a classy/comfortable environment so when you go there it’s easy to relax and enjoy the service that is being provided. I was very picky when choosing a barbershop for a women’s undercut. The ascetic of The Fade Room is what drew me in but the professionalism and talent keeps me a frequent customer. Highly recommend!

Cristian (owner) and Columbia, aka Cristian, have been holding it down for a whole year. I dont come by as often as I should but Im always greeted with respect and smiles. These guys have always made me feel welcome. Oh, almost forgot to mention, they know what they are doing with hair too. Always leave pleased! Its great to see up and comers respect the art and trying to do things right. Im sure if they make a mistake theyll fix it. However, Ive never witnessed anyone leave unhappy! My Barber couldn’t be more transparent with appointments and wait times. The Fade Room is the cleanest shop that I’ve had my haircut at. Every barber there displays professionalism to the highest standard and prices are very reasonable and the cuts are worth every penny. Would recommend this shop to any new customer and love coming back for a haircut.

This place is great, a very chill environment and great barbers. I’ve had my hair cut by Christian before The Fade Room was even a location, and he’s always done a great job. He is one of the better barbers in area and I always recommend him to anyone who asks about my hair. If you ever need to make an appointment at The Fade Room, ask for Christian, he won’t disappoint.

Good haircuts but horrible customer service. Son and I waited over two hours for his haircut and then when I was going to get mine cut I was told “we have appointments now”. Now I understand why three people in front of us left. This place needs a sign-in system and for the barbers to communicate with the customers about wait times.

I’ve followed Christian from barbering school to driving 2 1/2 hour to his shop! His attention to detail and patience to anybody that sit in his chair, represent the passion and drive he has . Ever since they opened my two oldest boys go here they do a great job no matter whos taking care of them there all good! Prices are like all the other prices in the area so for people on here complaining u pay for what u get u want a 5$ hair cut its going to look like a 5 $ hair cut lol We been to plenty of barbers in the area and trust me this place is by far the best one. I took my sons to get there haircut we got here at 315 and it’s 525 and if I knew that they were only going to cut one of my children hair I would of never stayed. Very unprofessional . They told my older son they didn’t have time to cut his hair. They should of informed me when I got here. Now 2 hours later and I have to find another place to take my other child.

Worst encounter I have had yet with a barber shop. I made an appointment on 12/5/19 for the following week on Wednesday 12/11/19 at 1 p.m. with a barber there. His instagram account is @prystoblendz. I show up 15 mins early with my son to get his hair cut and the establishement was closed. There was no one in sight not even the owner. Im confused as to how you make an appointment with a customer and not show up to do the job. To add insult to injury their sign on the door says theyre supposed to be open on Mon-Thurs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. I call that false advertisement and no sign on the door or windows saying emergency closing or even saying they would be back if they would have left out for some reason. Absolutely Unbelievable and I would not recommend doing business with them. Id give 0 stars if it were an option but unfortunately its not.

This place is so very nice and they are open on the weekends..my son loves his hair cut. The barbershop is nice and clean and you can plenty of off the street parking.. Check them out.

Christian gives decent haircuts but has horrible customer service. I thought I was the only one, until I read another review saying the same thing!! He ignores messages and calls when trying to set an appointment, therefore I gave a one star.

Love the fact that Christian Gave my 5 month son a trim. Not many places do that. Overall I love the way he leaves my fiancé 😍😍

I’d give zero stars if I could! First time there, called at 9:30 am to make an appt at 2, went and sat for 20 mins with no looks of Christian finishing soon!!! Was recommended by one of his own family members!!! Will never go back and give them a chance no matter how good he is!!!!! And I knew which one it was, the one on left side of the room, I just stayed my leave to the one who answered me when we girly there and it was 20 mins Bc I left at 2:20, I kept checking the time!

This place plays loud rap music with extremely filthy language. This is no place for children. I couldnt even relax while waiting my turn because the language in the music was so explicit. I left and found a professional barber elsewhere.

Prices are ridiculous $20 for a cut $10 to line up you goatee a cut and line up goes together not 2 separate charges Ill never go back the fade wasnt worth the money I paid
