EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! The technician from Oak Lawn Garage Door Repair Company did a marvelous job replacing our existing garage door opener with a new wall mount door opener. He responded to our work request very quickly, estimated it right and gave a reasonable quote for the job. He completed the installation in a couple of hours. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and professional. I have already recommended him to several friends needing garage door services.

I am near tears. I went for a trim yesterday. The stylist barely wet my hair. She would cut a bit and ask me if I liked it. While most of my hair was clipped up. Nearly impossible to tell. She didn’t blend my layers so she had to cut more. She cut so much off and didn’t even do it right. I wanted a trim and left looking like a chicken with my feather’s plucked out. Months of growing out my undercut pixie down the drain.

A few months ago I came here to get my hair done and they did a wonderful job! I was so pleased and satisfied that I recommended this spot to my daughter to get her hair done on her prom day. When I had picked her up, her hair was not even the color that she chose her hair went from medium Length to very very very short and uneven chopped hair. We were very dissatisfied with this service and that will be the last time that we ever go there.

I like customer services but when she cut my hair she cut it un even and layerd wich was not what i asked for

This is a review Ive been meaning to write for a long time. I was a first-time customer in June and my hairstylist, Liz, was just spectacular. No exaggeration, the best hairstylist Ive had in years! She made me feel comfortable, we had good conversation, and she walked me through the cut and gave me suggestions suited for my face shape and hair type. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in her craft and it shows in the best haircut Ive ever had. 10/10 would come back.

I booked my appointment with Liz. And let me say she did a beautiful job! She was so kind and social!The salon was a very relaxed environment and not catty like some others can be.Liz not only transformed my hair but she was very informative about the process and shared her tips to keep colored hair alive.She was gentle and always asked how I felt when she was detangling or washing my hair.I love that she leant herself to listen to my crazy stories lol.I honestly didn’t even fee the 4 hours I was there. I felt like I showed up, had a great chat with a friend and left. It was that smooth.They offer products to purchase for your hair. I took Liz’s recommendation and bought the shampoo and conditioner for my new color.Liz will be my go to stylist going forward. She’s everything you can ask for in a stylist!

I had my first haircut here today and I am thrilled. Liz listened to what I wanted and created a beautiful style. Looking forward to getting my hair professionally colored by Liz next time. The value of the cut is amazing at $19. So glad I read other reviews and went to Cutting Edge!

The stylist that I had is very inexperienced. Very nice young women, however, needs more education. The owner needs to provide additional training. The cost of a haircut and blowdry is very expensive for an inexperienced stylist. The last two haircuts were at a cost of $38; this is above what the salon has posted on the website. I was informed that the cost is a flat rate of $38 for any stylist regardless of experience. The salon is empty with no supervision. After my last haircut, I had to go to Supercuts in Orland Park, at a much lower cost, and had it adjusted to blend it to be able to style what little hair I had left, could not use my large barrel brush it was so short. The cut is still disconnected. When I mentioned it was too short, she kindly replied, it will grow.

Liz is a wonderful stylist and a great person. So professiona!! . She did my hair as beautiful as the picture I showed her. I will definitely come back.

First time client and I went to Liz to get rid of my blonde and go back to my natural brunette. She did a great job matching my hair color and toning my tips to a lighter shade. I took her suggestion and also went with bangs and my hair looks great! Definitely recommend this place and going to Liz as your stylist.

This was such an amazing experience I came in so nervous because it was such a huge change for me and Sky walked me through the whole time made sure I was OK made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable and made sure my experience was one of the best she made me look so nice and I walked out feeling so confident and beautiful and I wouldn’t have gone with anybody else she’s amazing and please everyone go with her !!! I went today with my daughter for our first time. Dina was our stylist she helped us decide which cut was a good choice for our hair type. My daughters haircut was really cute still had the length but with healthy ends. I also got a trim and a toner for my brassy yellow blonde. I showed Dina the picture of what I wanted and she achieved something close to what was possible with my level of blonde and i actually love it more!! Ill definitely be going back. Oh and she helped me with the best shampoo for my thin/dry hair. The best part is the prices! You wont be disappointed I promise.

Hi I was on my way to Home Depot, on a whim I pulled in to the salon. I was greeted by Dina, I asked her if they took walk-ins she said certainly. Dina gave me a wonderful hair treatment that repaired a lot of damage( wonderful for the dry winter hair also ). Dina cut my hair EXACTLY how I had described I wanted it,. I love this place! I was looking for a new salon and I ran across this salon in my search and after some time, I finally decided to give them a call and book an appointment on a whim. They are soo friendly and sweet and very patient. I would like to give Kara a shout out. She is awesome! I came in for the first time today, July 28th, and Kara took such good care of me and totally fixed my mess on my head. She was soo patient with me and super gentle when she washed and styled my hair. I left feeling tons better. Had the best experience, I’m very particular on who colors my hair, my hair dresser of 10 years moved and I didn’t know where to go. My friend recommended Cutting Edge .
