I took my car in thinking the alternator needed to be replaced. After about an hour I received a call from John saying it was the battery and that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. He could have totally ripped me off but was honest and fair. As a woman it is so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic who won’t take advantage of your lack of car knowledge. I am happy to say that I have just found my new mechanic!! Not to mention, John was super nice and friendly.
