Ive been to many dealerships throughout my my lifetime. I can honestly say Im in awe of how kind the gentleman here at the service department are. Theres currently a stike going on and the way they are handling the situation is quite impressive. I live on the north side of Chicago, but will be taking my business here from now on. The Mancaris team on 95th is awesome...... Jason and Tim you guys rock.... Your work ethic is appreciated.

They never answer the phone. This is the 3rd week Ive called this location. It always go to voicemail when trying to call for a service appointment.

I called for service 2 weeks before it was time for my car to be serviced left a message and never received a call back. I called back just a week ago and had to request to speak to a manager to get a service appointment. Now Im still waiting to have my car serviced and by that time I will be over my service mileage. So upset with them.

Bad information about the financing entangles you and in the last they sell you according to without interest but if it is with interest. And offers of packages that they give you and at the last design that they did not give me that package and they do not want to give me a copy of what they offered me what I told them that we agreed. I am frustrated. And I get a week to look at folded plastics and take it so that they can see my appointment so that they can fix it and it is now that they have not spoken to me, I would like to see that they offered me and this is not the neglected one.
