This is an exceptional studio. Trainers with a wide breadth of experience working with a diverse clientele in a welcoming, relaxed, clean environment with lots of space for individual and group classes. Massage and mobility classes are also available. Trainers work with you, developing a unique exercise and diet regimen to fit your needs rather than imposing a one size fits all formula. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been working with Christine, my 6 year old son has been working with Lee, I can’t say enough about how happy I am with our experience at The Functional Training Studio. The facility is always clean, the trainers are very knowledgeable and show passion for what they do! Any questions I ask are met with expertise and substance. I would recommend this place to anyone at any age in any kind of shape that is looking for a good community to get healthier with!

The greatest. I love the studio and the trainers and look forward to every class there. They’re are all awesome and care about the work and make it both challenging and fun every day. Since I started with Christine a few months ago, I have felt significantly better both physically and mentally, and I’ve learned so much. I will continue going as long as I am able to. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to learn proper fitness and meet their goals!
