Brian at Merrill’s carpet is amazing.Having three dogs means a lot of unpleasant carpet stains and odors. Brian was able to get them all out for us. It looks like brand new carpeting!Brian is knowledgeable, on time and professional. I’d recommend him to anyone, especially ppl who have heavily stained carpets and area rugs.

I highly recommend this good and honest carpet cleaning company. The service was excellent and affordable. I have had plenty experiences with carpet cleaning company’s and this was the first time that the service provider did not try to up charge me once they got there foot in the door. I am so used to the up charge I was actually expecting it this time, but it didn’t happen. Th was a great experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Doesn’t keep appointment time. Wastes your time and then blocks your number instead of trying to correct mistake. Do not use this company. Save your time and go somewhere elseUPDATE: tried calling the gentlemen who said his name was Max back from my phone instead of my husbands (who he blocked). He said he would check the status of why we didn’t receive the service that was scheduled and give me a call back and then he also blocked my number. Sketchy place with sketchy people. Seriously don’t use this company. I’d like to point out we weren’t rude at all. We politely asked what was going on and their response was to block us.

He was friendly and efficient. He had all of the materials needed to clean my carpet. I derinately recommend his services.

Very thankful for Merrill’s cleaning service. They did a wonderful job communicating with me and were incredibly knowledgeable about rug fibers and care. I learned a lot about how to better care for my carpets and rugs in the future and to maintain the wonderful cleaning they did.

Outstanding service as always from them. Our carpets were dirty and had stains. They were able to not only arrive early for the cleaning, they worked extra hard to get stains out and the carpet literally looks brand new. Nice work guys!

Merrills is great. It was easy to set up an appointment, they kept the appointment, did a very efficient job, and even got some stains out that I thought would be permanent. And they price was very reasonable!

Excellent service! Got an appointment easily, cleaners came promptly, & did an outstanding job. My husbands room had to be the most difficult room to clean; soda, boot polish, food stains of red sauce, & turmeric (very hard to get out stains). Which their cleaning made our carpets looking brand new!!! Wish I had taken before & after photos though.

We bought a house with old terrible carpet that had previous owners pet stains all over it. The company we used when we first moved in was not able to get everything out of the carpet. Brian came and did our carpets before we put the house on the market and not only was he super nice, affordable, and did a great job.. he was able to get the remaining stains out. He even was willing to come back the next morning and do finishing touches on the spots before the photographers showed up. Could not recommend them more!

Best carpet cleaners arounnd! they worked around our schedule were very thorough, great guys to work with, price was reasonable. Weve had them out twice once when our washer flooded the basement and once when the mover tracked through something nasty, both time quick and outstanding service.

I use them for any carpet cleaning I need. You cant go wrong with them. Best!

I was moving out of base housing and called Merrill’s for carpet cleaning. I was quoted $160 on the phone for our house and I was charged $187. I described in detail the floor plan over the phone and I was assured it would be $160 and that he was familiar with the floor plan. Not only was he late he changed the price last minute and claimed because he wrote it was for 600 square feet the price had to change. I never mentioned square feet on the phone with him. This would have ok if he didn’t assure me the price of $160. For the $13 extra to have base housing clean the home I would have saved the time. Whatever you do give your business elsewhere.

Moving is already stressful, when you are active duty military and work full time it is emotionally exhausting, draining, physically debilitating. We’ve all been thru it. We all have bad days, but when I tell you that Bryan and Julio are 2 of the most abrasive “professionals” I have met in my life...I mean it. Our vacuum went out and we didn’t get to vacuum the way we wanted- they mentioned many times the labor would be $1 a minute (at this point we are like it is what it is” They immediately left for “an emergency flood “ for our first scheduled appointment.They called the next morning and said they could come back, Julio arrived and was in the worst mood and said “this isn’t done, I can’t do my job” and left- I called Bryan, clearly we were an inconvenience to the company is all will say about my conversation with Bryan.

My toilet overflooded and got to the Carpet. Merrills Carpet Cleaning came out and lifted up the carpet and replaced the carpet foam, dried the carpet, sanitized my tile floor, sucked up all the water I couldnt, and gave me advise on how to keep my carpet nice longer. A friendly group of guys, Ill recommend them to anyone! Even when my neighbor was giving them a hard time they kept working and resolved that without a second hesitation.

Needed a short notice, emergency spot cleaning for a doggy accident. He was the first to call me back. Late in the afternoon and was still able to come over and take care of the problem in between another appointment. Price was cheaper than expected, Brian (the owner) showed up earlier than I expected, and he finished very quickly. Wouldnt accept a tip, and assured me that if any spots ever showed to call him and he would come fix it right away. This service was truly top-notch. Im very thankful for the quick response, as Merrills probably saved me having to replace the carpet in an entire room. Thank you Brian and Merrills!!
