The receptionist was quick to respond and very nice. Our carpet clean was scheduled a little far than I wanted. Their are booked! So, she gave me a spot clean because we were expecting company before the scheduled appointment. The spot clean solution worked very well and our carpet became OK looking to welcome our guests.Caleb/ Owner was very nice and knowledgeable. Our carpet was really old and he gave us honest opinion. We are planning to put hard wood sometime soon and it was quick fix for now. But, I am very pleased how clean our carpet came out! We definitely will hire him, again! Thank you!

I can not recommend a clean carpet company enough. I work for a property management company and send Caleb a handful of jobs every month and without fail he impresses every time with the level of quality. Caleb Cate, owner of A Clean Carpet Company, is fabulous! He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient. It was great learning the different types of fibers used to make carpet and the reasons behind his cleaning techniques. He took my clients 43 year old carpet and transformed it. In addition to cleaning carpets, Caleb has an awesome system used to clean tile. It looked like new tile when he was finished! Caleb at A Clean Carpet Co. is - by far - the very best on the island for carpet cleaning and area rugs. Well who knew they could do it all?! My basement was a small water hole over night. Caleb came two days in a row to keep the water from reaching too high. Then when it was dry showed up with a menagerie of dehumidifying equipment. Set it up, and then with in a few more days came and insured my walls were dry before removing the fans.This man is reliable, hard working, flexible, and honest.
