Absolutely amazing service. We started bringing our 2002 Sprinter to him when we lived in oak harbor about four years ago, and now we take it to him for everything even though we now live five hours away. He has always given us quick diagnosis and perfect repairs. Highly recommended.

I have a 2001 E320 and I have taken it to Jason since we purchased it in 2006. Jason is and has always been very polite & done exceptional work. He goes above and beyond when it comes to his customers, their cars and their needs. He looks over my car for me before EVERY long drive back home. If it needs something he takes care of it. If it doesnt need anything I know Im safe to make that over 2000 mile round trip drive. Why? Because I trust the greatestimate mechanic EVER, Jason at Kaisers Garage! No better place for your BMW.Do not waste you time taking you car anywhere else Jason is extremely knowledgeable and even is a little hard to find makes up for it in competitive prices but especially in service. Kaiser really knows his cars and you can count that he can get it fix no matter the problem. he will take the time to explain what is wrong so you know it will be fix right the first time. I wish i could said the same about most other mechanics

The only place on island for bmw repairs says they cant take on any more work other than the established clients they already have. Right

Very rude on the phone when inquiring if he works on cars other than Mini, BMW and Sprinter.EDIT: While the greeting did specify they work on these models as a specialty, it was not out of reason to believe that they may work on other models as well. The owner prefers the word direct, as stated in their reply, but thats just his convenient way of neglecting responsibility for a terse response made in an aggravated tone of voice. Additionally the phone call was not ended by me, but by the owner who hung up abruptly.Whats funny is that had the owner remained on the line with me Id have also inquired about work on my E36 in the future. But we didnt exactly get that far, now did we?

I am looking to purchase a used benz diesel and i had a few questions. Called in and was surprised at how helpful and knowledgeable Jason was. Told me what to avoid and which years had the best track record for reliability. He went out of his way and spent time on the phone with someone who was not even a customer yet. Best place around for bmw and mercedes work. Know their stuff and have the specialty tools to handle most issues.

In the 4 years I have lived on Whidbey Island I have had to take my MINI in for repairs at Kaisers Garage twice. Each time Jason has been great to work with. He knows his trade very well, his prices are very reasonable and if you need to get the service stepped up he will gladly reprioritize his workload to help you out if he can. I cannot speak for the other vehicles he services, but he is an expert when it comes to MINIs and I have no doubt it is the same for BMWs, Mercedes and Sprinter vans as well. When I have to move from the island it will be a challenge to find anyone half as good, I dont think the dealers can even match him for skills, customer service and definitely not on price.
