Great people here, was treated like a customer. Ozzy and JC have been very helpful with our dock pickups. I have been to a lot of terminals and I rate them all because some places ignore you or treat you unfairly. Very good customer service at this location. In and out quickly.

YRC, great LTL Freight company. Very easy to work with. Easy to pick up at the Depot if you do not have a dock. I would recommend their Online Dimensional Freight Quote as an affordable pallet shipping option.

YRC can you ship my package? I have a pump sitting there not being delivered! Cant talk to a real person due to your automated system. A help representative is a 30 minute wait. Are you that bad at your job your help line is that tied up?

Guy wouldnt come to my home, parked around the corner and insisted on dropping it off in my Garage. Then, left with my product. Has my product on a pallet jack, which is not needed for this delivery.

Ill preface this with saying I have not actually done business with this company. Nor will I be. I happen to run into this companys happy hour group last night at a busy downtown brewery. Myself, 2 friends, and my 9 month pregnant wife were looking for a seat when we saw a long table open up- it hadnt been cleared off yet but we jumped on it seeing as there were no other spots. We shoved the leftover mess of glasses and trash to one end and sat on the other and happily chatted for the next 20 minutes or so. We were 2/3 done with our drinks when all of a sudden a lady appeared next to us, We had 11 people sitting at this table, she proclaimed. Oh, did we take your spot? one of my friends asked, thoroughly confused. Yeah, we were on a tour. So my clearly very pregnant wife stood up and said, Ok well just go stand in a corner then. The head hen shrugged and waved her gaggle of roosters over and then waddled off to buy armfuls of beers for them. Only about 3 of them even sat down while the rest stood around in the common areas talking. There would have been plenty of room for our group of 4 to stay and finish our 1/3 of drinks.Ironically. Im a contract specialist for my father-in-laws forklift company and on my to-do list is looking into some additional carriers- one of which on my list was YRC. When I looked at the roosters all wearing YRC polos and badges, I laughed. You can tell a lot about a company by their employees and this ladys nasty and disrespectful attitude toward strangers while at a work related function was enough for me to cross YRC off my list of potential carriers.

Guys like R L are pissants who leave fake reviews for pay. YRC is one of the best carriers in town, weve used them for a decade now and have never had anything more serious than a late arrival. Dont buy into fake reviews online... they discourage people from using good companies.

Great place to be employed compared to other competing LTL carriers. Seem to be cleaning house in the management department.

Terrible shipper. Damaged equipment, concealed the damage and re-wrapped. Filed a claim and they offered to pay 1/3 of it.

If you want your shipments picked up late and delivered even later, YRC is the carrier for you!

Very interesting experience I wouldnt recommend or suggest employment at this place this is a very unprofessional atmosphere with a shut up or else atmosphere Its a lot of old heads that guess youre supposed to kiss ass or theyll tell management...what a waste of time especially for New Student Graduates.
