Expect to be told you have to buy a box and shipping supplies when youβre dropping off a UPS return where it says βno box neededβ. Horrible location and staff.

I have had the absolute best experience one could imagine, all thanks to Fred!!! I live in Florida and I needed something from Oak Creek, Wisconsin and without hesitation, Fred offered to help, what a kind soul!! To define this experience as, the best customer service experience ever, wouldnβt do what Fred did for me and in the end, what he did for my daughter...this felt more like love from a family member. What a blessing to have kind hearted souls in this world, like Fred. Thank you again!!!
I am super glad I used this UPS store to send several large heavy boxes ahead from here in Wisconsin to Arizona for my daughter as she was leaving for college. The reason I am so glad is that the UPS driver messed up the delivery, the result being that the boxes were sent back to Wisconsin. I was stressed out about it until I spoke with Fred the store owner. He made everything right even though he could have simply blamed UPS and told me to go jump in the lake. Absolutely pitiful customer service. Store manager wasnt even wearing a UPS store shirt or even presentable clothes. Turned away numerous customers without any direction on a time or date to return. Very disrespectful attitude, like I didnt have any other options, and zero ambition to provide any sort of customer service.
This store needs longer hours on Saturday. During the week it is hard to get to before close. Then during the week they close at 3 pm. The line is out of the store on many Saturday or to the door. They need to figure out what they are doing wrong especially for Amazon returns.
I think the store should give Daisy a raise. Every time I have to return something she gets the job done. Very quickly and accurately.
If you need notary service Jose is one of the employees there who takes care of both notary service and fieldprint. Even though a customer before me did fieldprint, my wait time was still less than 10min. Lines are intimidating but actually move quick. Notary service was so fast and only 4$. Awesome experience!
I had a great experience when stopping in to mail something home. I picked the wrong envelope and they made sure I had the correct envelope to expedite my package. The two there at the time were very helpful and pleasant. Both greeted me and thanked me for my business. I also observed them with another customer and they went out of their way to ensure they had an easy visit.
Absolutely the best experience doing an Amazon return during this global pandemic. Its nice to be treated like a human, with dignity and respect.
I had a package delivered to this specific store. I called day after day and was told they had nothing. I drove out of my way to a post office where they printed the confirmation and said it was indeed at this store. I drove to this store again and watched 1 of the workers just glance at the packages and he said no. I was not leaving. Boom. Look a bit more and there it was. SMH
The owner Fred is Very Rude. I faxed something from Ak and sent it to as he described FREDS UPS STORE‘‘Yesterday I went to our local ups store& paid $17.59To send immediately. I asked did the person have to pay to pick up. And was told βNO β they do not have to pay to receive because it was a ups to ups Fax!!SO the persin that received the fax I WAS TOLD THEY HAD TO PAY 17.59SO I CALLED MY LOCAL STORE BACK. THE LADY THAT TOOK CARE OF ME YESTERDAY WAS OFF TODAY. SO I SPOKE TO A MANAGER THAT SAID WELL I DONT WHAT YOU ASKING ME TO DO ABOUT IT!!!I replied How about you train your Employees to not give people the wrong information!! Umm ill ask my boss if we can change the policy for my 1 problem ..she acted LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HER.AT THIS POINT IVE DEALT WITH TWO HORRIBLE SO CALLED MANAGEMENT PEOPLE.. They packed a return from a eBay customer. It was verily poorly packaged by them. Item got bent in shipping. Ups denied the claim. The owner made it right for me out of pocket. Thank you

There was No sign or information about closing on 4th of July. Drove there for nothing, waste of gas and time.May 05, 2020- 10:30amAgain nobody is at the store and No close sign. Is very convenience to have an ups store close to home but what is the use if there is no communication about hours of operation??? There was a long line a outside not knowing if they should wait or leave.
I have been going to this location for many years now, and every single time Ive received prompt, courteous service.Every package I had them pack-up and ship arrived safe-and-sound, and on-time. This includes a very expensive Martin guitar...Do your business there with confidence.

I came here from Ga, to pick up my truck at the Kenworth Dealer, needed some signage down for the side of my truck..The Young man there was unable to do it but he kept on trying until another store came in to work who was more capable of doing what i wanted... Then i wanted to get some tape to put it on the side of my truck and the young lady did not take any payment because i was there for so long...
I have gone to the ups store on south 27th in Oak Creek, WI a couple of times and every time I go there it is closed when it should be open I am not alone there were numerous people coming and had to leave. May talk to the manager to be there to open the store
Always helpful people and get the job done right everytime, I use them all the time and am very happy with the store, I only wish they opened earlier on Saturdays, all other UPS stores open at 9, yet they open at 10, that is my only negative.
I use this store location for all of my Amazon returns. There are two younger gentleman that are always there when I arrive and they are really nice and super helpful. I definitely recommend working with these two individuals at this store.

I had to send an item and my printer died. Adrian helped me print my shipping label and packing slip. He even taped it up for me! Very helpful!

I read the reviews before i came in. I saw nothing but negative. Decided to give them a chance seeing as they are right next to my house. I will never go back there. Very rude, no one smiled. The lady did greet me saying hello but in a monotoned voice and it sounded very painful for her to even say. Even though i just went to send a package out id expect them to be cheerful that a costumer came in. What i want to know is. Why are there so many negative reviews about the employees but yet UPS has not fired them. I will definetly tell people not to go to this location.
A long time user of this location. People and shipping options are good. Dont blame the first step if your package is lost in a terminal somewhere.

Worst shipping experience. Ever.I paid $42 to have something shipped Next Day AM. It was a very important, time sensitive package. Long story short, it was misplaced at this UPS Store and never got picked up. When I called to check up on it the next day (because it never arrived at its destination), the employees refused to admit they made a mistake and I was told I didnt know what I was talking about and that it had to be lost or delayed in transit somewhere (even though the tracking info told me that it hadnt left the store).The following day when I called to ask about my reimbursement, the manager Chris, was very rude about the whole thing and seemed to take personal offense to my questions. Now that I am writing this review, I see that this particular store only has 1.2 stars on Google. No surprise at all.DONT SHIP FROM HERE if you care about what you are sending and want it to get to its destination on time. End of story.

THIS GUY DROVE BY MY HOUSE TWICE WITH MY PACKAGE
I had a large box weighing 95lbs to ship with fragile stickers posted all over it. This arrogant employee hauled it on to his shoulders(dont know who he was trying to impress, didnt work with me) to take it in the store. I yelled This thing is fragile, to a reply he said They all get throwed about in transit If that is UPSs attitude from their employees, and i receive a complaint about my shipment, i hope he has a good lawyer.
Why are the people writing reviews here all reviewing UPS in general instead of this UPS store individually? UPS stores are independently owned and have little to do with UPS as a whole. You can ship your packages here and rent a PMB personal mailbox to receive packages. All of the reviews here have nothing to do with this store itself. Stupids.To review the STORE itself: I have had a PMB up in Germantown and knew the pricing structure well. I stopped in to this UPS store to inquire about opening a new PMB near our new place. The staff was rather rude and unfriendly (They really didnt seem interested in much of anything) and their PMB prices were MUCH higher than other UPS Store chains Ive been to, in fact they were the highest Ive seen. Its much cheaper to just get a PO Box and have your packages shipped to your job or somewhere else. Just not worth the huge cost. Im also very concerned about security here since the place was recently broken into (few months ago) according to the papers.

I totally agree with everyone my package is going on 3 days late and counting. I have taken a full day off work (today) because thats when they rescheduled the delivery for. Im starting to think this is a joke or something as i have seen 3 ups trucks zoom by my house today. HORRIBLE.
