I would rate this salon a no star but can’t. I went today to get highlights and showed a picture of blonde hair style I wanted and end up getting black hair. If that’s not bad I also had orange roots and one side of my head had a zigzag. Also when she washed my hair she wet my whole shirt. When I asked for my refund they wouldn’t give it to me. DO NOT GO HERE. They will ruin your hair and take your money and make excuses.

I brought a photo of myself with the way my hair looked pre-pandemic and asked the stylist to please cut and highlight my hair like that, and to keep as much length as possible to achieve that look again. My hair was almost to my waist and dull dish water blonde as it hadnt been cut or colored in over a year. She only cut about an inch and a half and the highlights are horrible - nearly non-existent, with the top/crown and bangs a horrible gray shade. She curled it with a curling iron, which I also did not request. I should have stopped her. I was just hoping for the best. She liked my hair long and obviously did it the way she thought that it should look. It does not look anything like the photo, the layers are way too long, and I should have said something when I was there, but I was in shock. I thought about going back and asking them to fix it, but really dont trust her to get it right. After seeing photos on their FB page, this stylist seems to do a lot of hair this same exact way with all of the curls. Worst hair experience ever, and it cost me a ton of money - Im retired and on a fixed income.1st picture is before - the one I showed the stylist. The 2nd is after.

Im turning grey and I need to blend it in to my current color, and its a challenge she meets. I feel Im getting high-end salon service for reasonable, budget conscious prices.

Got my hair cut here for the first time last week and i have to say, from now on and for as long as i live, Margarita will be the only one cutting my hair. In the four years i have had short hair, i have NEVER walked out of a salon as happy as i did and it even looked amazing after i washed and styled it the next day. I have gotten my hair colored a few times here. cheryl does a awesome job on color. the only complaint I have is the fact they never have coupons or deals for hair color. I have been to other salons. like fantastic Sams for example. they have coupons on the back of pick n save receipts. I just wish cost cutters would do something like that.

Bryan and Lexie are awesome. Bryan cuts my hair and my kids. He recently cut my toddlers (first cut) and was AMAZING! He was kind and patient and made the experience seem effortless. As long as I live in the area, Bryan is our go to for haircuts.

I have an irrational fear of getting my haircut. Lexie makes me feel comfortable and now I see her every six weeks. She is so warm and friendly and makes me feel like I’ve known her for years! I actually look forward to getting my hair cut and colored now. Love her!!!

I hate my hair but. Wanted layers, no layers. Got home and my sides we were uneven.

Hair length was trimmed down as requested, but the overall cut looks untidy and few strands were sticking out all over. This was for my 3.5 year old kid who sat quiet and did exactly what was asked of him. I had to trim down the uneven strands after washing his hair. This is my first time going, never going again. Edited to add: my kids hair is looking horrible and I got a much decent job done before for half of the price I paid here. Heck I did a better job myself cutting his hair once. And the man who cut his hair said he will cut from the middle for technical reasons when I specifically told him we part his hair from side. I have many things to add about this place for the one time i got here. Not a good experience.

I asked Lexie to do my hair for prom since she is the only person I trust with my hair. She did an excellent, fast job and I got so many compliments on my hair all night. I highly recommend her as anybody’s stylist. Lexie is super sweet & quick overall every time I go!

Went today (Sunday) at around 11am. Two hairstylists were there.Both were booked with appointments. Told the earliest I could get in was 2:30 pm. Went to fantastic sams and got in right away. Cost Cutters lost my business. Should have someone just doing haircuts!!!!!!!!!!

I have never had a bad haircut here. The two stylists that have served me have been friendly and well-spoken. I find this store to be the best of the several locations in the area.

Just went there today received a cut from a man with black hair to his ear maybe longer, he made alot of snarky comments about the products I use and why i use them. He attempted to give me a bob cut. its so terrible and uneven in the back. he convinced me to blow dry me hair then tried charging me for it bc its a “style” yet never told me it would cost money. I can tell he doesn’t know anything because first he told me that i couldn’t get the color red that i have without bleaching it, which I told him is false because I use a dye made for dark hair then he recommended me to use toner to even some of my color which you shouldnt do because my hair is not bleached and toner should be used with bleached hair colors. I totally regret my haircut it is so ugly.never agin

Not going back again sorry.Girl who cut my hair made it so short and couldnt do how i wanted.(i wanted my hair lenght not above but belove my shoulder with lots of layers)she cut it way above shoulder and was gonna add layer to that whats gonna be left if she did that.i just left.So not worth

I wanted about three inches cut off. It started good, but when the stylist came around to the other side, it was an extra 3 inches shorter than the length I wanted.
