I have been with this agency for over 25 years. Have only needed to contact them around 4 times. Three of the times Diane answered the phone. She is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. She left me with the feeling that she doesn’t have time to deal with providing information pertaining to insurance. Surprised that she has a customer service job. Think it’s time for Diane to move on. However, when I go into the office she is more than happy to take your money. Not sure how she keeps her job. Three strikes and I’m definitely out! I will be pulling all of my insurance needs from them.
Really unhappy with there service, it feels like when they wanted to earn my business with both my cars insurance And homeowners insurance, they went above and beyond to help me they even called on my b day after I got my policy . Since then I have removed my car insurance on both cars and will soon be removing homeowners insurance . If you go to them make sure you ask them to be honest they place my homeowners insurance and not once did they say I’d did not cover flood in basement . When I called glen they said oh well u never told us you wanted that . They should have offered it .
No problems with service. Willing to meet and review plans. Only reason I dont give a 5 is no one is deserving of a 5 because after all this is insurance. No body wants to pay for it but you have to have it. Nice local business owner and member of the community. Support your local business. Have been insured with AMFAM for longer than I care to say, the one time I had a claim was covered with no questions asked. Not a fan of the prices which remain competitive but less so than in decades past. Top executives need to be careful, I may explore the corporate discounts from my place of employment.
All I can really say is that they are polite and that Diane is the lone bright spot in the office. Took them 2+ weeks and 4 phone calls to finally get me proof of renters insurance for a simple address change. Moving is already difficult. Each time they took my email address as if they had no file of my contact info. When talking to Bob himself he listed off 3 of my previous addresses asking if that is where I was moving to (this was my third call in) instead of the new address which I had given twice at this point. Slow, inept, never called me, but all the bills came on time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.Update they were charging me twice my premium with state farm for less coverage. Good riddance
