I called for Road-Side Assistance for one of my vehicles. The guy that was sent out was extremely unexperienced. He came out for a jump, and tire change. He did not come with jumper cables that worked so I had to buy cables of my own. I asked him if he was going to change the tire too and he said “No” because he wasn’t notified by the agent to do so. He said he’ll do it if I placed another claim. I placed another claim. They took forever to come so I decided to drive the car as is to it’s destination and cancel the request. I made it half way and had to call Roadside to tow it the rest of the way.I’ve had Amfam almost 2 years. I’ve only ever used Road assistance for 2 occasions. I am no longer able to receive roadside assistance on any of my vehicles because I am now considered “high risk”.You should really tell your customers if they are paying for road side assistance monthly that they are only allowed to use it once a year.
