He explained different options clearly and helped me choose the policy that best suits my individual needs.

I worked with Greg Budzisz who did an excellent job pursuing me to provide the information needed to provide an accurate quote. He also discovered that I was underinsured on my recently built garage. Subsequent conversations with Greg, and the hundreds in savings led me to switch all of my insurance over to this agency. Time will tell if this was a good move or not, but I’m super happy with the savings.

Very good insurance and good prices

Ive been a customer of BWO Insurance for many years. They do the research and find me the best value for my homeowners and car insurance.

I was referred to BWO when my insurance agent retired. I had called my original insurance company and found the phone was changed to BWOs number. I was calling because I had had the same insurance for several years and their bills were too high. I spoke with an agent on Monday, July 27, 2015 at BWO. I was told they had sent out a letter introducing themselves and would be handling my account. I explained that I had never received one. The agent did not offer me another letter. She said she would check my records, since they were all transferred to her office, and call me back with a quote. I asked her how long that was going to take and she said two to three days. A week later, on Monday August 3, 2015, not having heard from BWO, I called again and spoke with the same agent. She told me that their internet access was down, someone was there to fix the computers and she would call back within a few hours. Today is Wednesday, August 5, 2015, and I still have not heard from BWO. A friend recommended Luepke Insurance. I called and spoke with Cheryl who asked me for my insurance information and responded with a wonderful quote within an hour. A company like BWO,serving the public, who puts no value in customer service, deserves no business and shouldnt be wasting anyones time.
