Kept forgetting to post this review. Roth is one of the best contract I’ve been able to find. I’ve moved quite a bit in my life and had our fair share of contractors doing repair work for us. Let me tell you Roth is one of the best we’ve had and will definitely use them again if we ever need any repair service they offer.when we bought our home in the area we needed some things fixed that we don’t feel comfortable doing ourselves and got tired of other contractors coming and going not cleaning up after themselves/their job.We had Roth installed an exterior venting range hood, and a. brand new heating system, they were VERY responsive throughout the whole process, came on time, Someone from the office called during the service to make sure we are happy with the service we were seeing. Their workers Came into our house and put down tarps in the area they were working, cleaned up after themselves and even mopped! Yes you read that right they mopped the area to make sure it was cleaned.The only downside with Roth is that they only do HVAC work. If they did other services (like plumbing and heating) I would definitely use them because I don’t want to deal with any other contractors. No one else can measure up to Roth after using Roth.

Always reliable, accurate and professional. I recommend you would give them a call when shopping for a good heating & cooling company.

My post is to commend Ron who is the best technician ever! He was at our home to revisit a problem that had brought other technicians to our home. He diagnosed the problem immediately and spent all the time I needed to reset and understand our unit. I had several questions and despite it being close to 5:00 on Friday of a beautiful summer day, his only concern was my satisfaction. We were so impressed with his customer service. Hope he is always the one who returns to our home. Highly recommend him and thankful to Roth for such a capable and professional employee.

Our AC went out on the hottest week of the year. I called a few places on Tuesday and none of them could come out until early next week. Roth was able to come out the next day and told me I needed a new AC unit. I called around again, and i got a quote that was slightly higher, but they couldnt come out for 2 weeks. Other places were booked until end of July or early August . I decided to go with Roth due to their price and timeline. Well, their schedule opened up and the owner called me and said they had an opening. By Friday we had AC! Such an amazing experience! From the owner, to the receptionist, and to all the techs. Professional, nice, timely, and great work!

I bought a new home and the AC wasnt working. I had a home warranty that gave me the run around, not to mention I was on hold FOREVER. They sent someone from a company I will not name, he opened up my closet and said - I dont work on these & explained that the door had to be removed, the unit had to be taken out, yadda, yadda, yadda & left. My neighbor told me to call Roth. Roth answered their phone immediately, and the lady that answered was so nice. She scheduled me a day out. I was never on hold with Roth. She actually called me back the same day to say a technician was just finishing up near me and could head over to my place. Jeremy showed up and was very knowledgeable. He explained the many reasons this particular unit could not be performing well. Then he worked his magic and viola! My unit has been performing nicely. My home is nice in cool in this 90 degree weather. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROTH AS THEIR SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE! THANK YOU ROTH!

These people know their business! Installed a built in vent over my cooktop and it performs wonderfully. Hooked it into an existing fan from the 20s for a clean installation. Just put central air into my three story Tudor I had held off because I thought it would require major plaster work and redecorating but they installed it without disturbing all the ornamental plaster and vents were placed everywhere and tubing hidden in walls and ceilings. They were done in a week and it performs flawlessly. I was very impressed and the crew was great to work with. I still am amazed by the workmanship and efficiency of their team.

I highly recommend Roth Heating! Not only are they professional and skilled at their trade but also remember that there are real people (especially in an emergency situation) behind the services they provide. During our coldest day(s) in over 30 years I had a carbon monoxide leak due to a failing boiler system. Not only did they come out within a few hours ( which is impressive on its own - since Im sure they had MANY emergency calls due to the weather) to diagnose the problem but had a new boiler fully installed (even when they had to order it) the next day. They are simply the best from start to finish!

I have been a customer with Roth Heating for over 10 years. They have been able to maintain both my previous homes oil furnace and the current Carrier gas furnace and air conditioning system in my new home. They have successfully found solutions to my systems issues with very reasonable solutions when not covered under the warranty. I highly recommend them for annual maintenance and system replacement. The technicians are all well versed in heating and cooling systems and troubleshooting the problem.

I called them at 7:01 on a Monday morning because my furnace went out the day before. The technician showed up at 7:45, 15 minutes before most other places even opened. He fixed the problem in about 20 minutes for a reasonable price. The person I spoke with in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Im extremely happy with the service I received today.

Very happy with service I received about a year ago. Had another local Carrier HVAC company come by that was all about selling me a new top of the line heater and AC and adding more ductwork to my 12 year old home(heater was having problems). Roth gave me a great consult, gave me options with no pressure, just wanted what was best for me and they were happy to get my business regardless of my choice in repair/replacement options. Ended up going with the repair option, service was prompt, no issues since and they will be my first call for any issues in the future.

I have contact Roth heating a month in advance to check my boiler system, they didn’t show up, and when I called they want to reschedule after a month hoping I will say is to late, but when I say ok then they say we not sure if we can come.Very por costemer service

We have used Roth several times; and I have family that only uses Roth. People on the phone are always helpful and professional. And weve never had a technician that was anything less than clean, kind, and helpful.

I got a referral to Roth from a friend who does restoration work and uses them. My heat went out on a Friday morning, I called them and they were here by the afternoon. The tech took a look and said he thought it was the exhaust motor - did some tests and confirmed it was.He had a motor in his truck, replaced it and had my heat up and running in about an hour. Total cost was around $500, which I didnt think was bad (the motor itself cost $370).The tech was really personable - I asked him a few questions about getting a new furnace and he answered them well. Ill be calling them when its time to replace the furnace or for other heating/cooling needs.

They were amazing in the sale contingency requirements at our prior house in Tosa. They were also amazing getting everything required in our fixer upper in Tosa; install chimney liner, new AC with nest thermostat, two new gas lines, drill through lannon stone to accommodate the new dryer location in the basement, fix venting leak along the foundation, fix venting declared unsafe by the insurance company, and clean the ducts twice. We only had one day to address these issues before move in as we were on a very tight 30 day schedule and they nailed it, no problem!They have an amazing team, and out of the 13 vendors we used on our Tosa colonial fixer upper, they were our favorite. They were accommodating, reasonably priced, comfortable to work with, and did a great job!

We had our AC condenser replaced a couple years ago, and I always call them for our routine maintenance. Great service and always on time.

We have a Weil Mclain boiler and hot water system installed by Roth. Installation and service has been excellent. We had experienced some issues with the water heater but Roth connected us with the manufacturers rep who made a personal visit to our home. The problem was resolved with cooperation between the fine people at Roth and Weil Mclain. Id recommend Roth for all heating and air conditioning needs. They run a top notch business.

A little pricey for a 30 mns service.. They still charge me $90 for a diagnostic fee even when I told the technician what exactly was wrong with the furnace and what part need it to be replaced... They didnt care!..
