Had Bill come out because we had water leaking under the furnace. He came down the basement walked over to furnace said you need a new furnace. Never opened it just figured since over 20 years old should be replaced. He did take the panel off after that and said yes leaking under the exchanger. That was it. Got a quote for new furnace.Called another company they came out told them same thing. But examined the furnace turns out clogged P Trap. Will never call AA good choice again.

I called AA to look at a problem with my furnace. I talked to Bill, who knew right away what the issues were before even coming to look. When Bill came, he was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Bill took little time to identify and fix the problem. Im glad Bill was sent to fix our problem and I would recommend Bill and AA again in the future.

If there was a choice of no stars I would choose that because last night my heat suddenly stopped working and it was 0 degrees last night it was freezing. So I called the company and it was an emergency so I needed someone right away. I calles at 2 in the morning and came an hour later and seemed like he didnt want to be here and he looks at the furnace just for 5 minutes and he said that this is a piece of junk and cannot be fixed and he asked for 170 but that was still too much for what he did because he did nothing. who can look at a furnace for 5 minutes and say cannot be fixed. I had four kids in my house freezing and the house is 60 degrees and dropping because of the freezing weather outside. I grabbed every blanket possible and put it on them and my husband went out to Walmart 4 a.m. in the morning to buy heaters for my kids and one of them is a baby. The guy that even give us his name or a receipt on how much we paid. so waited until the morning and we called on another person to come and fix our heater. the guy was wonderfully nice, looked at the heater and said oh your pipe is clogged. He fixed it and we paid him for way much less than we paid the company. long story short just because this company has a 5-star review this is the worst company ever for fixing your furnace. we made a huge mistake by calling them because we were in an emergency and expected them to fix it because it is an emergency call. They only had 2 reviews which are probably fake but the only reason we called them is because our kids were freezing. this is the worst company ever
