Very friendly and helpful. Picking up my truck was super easy and everything was ready to go when I arrived.

I rented the truck for my move & ordered 2 dozen blanket. Firstly it wasnt super easy to do mobile pickup, it was super tough to find the truck. When I returned the truck, next day I saw $25 charged on my card for cleaning truck. When I rented the truck was in awful condition there were spots everywhere, I still cleaned & returned the truck. They charged me for not wrapping 5 blankets. Rental for the blanket per dozen is $10 while they charged me $25 for not wrapping 5 blankets. I rented it first time so wasnt told about that rule. After calling them the next day they were not willing to refund that money. During pandemic its so difficult to survive & with that they charge such a heavy fee. I strongly discourage using their services.
