My 16 year old Daughter got rear ended, me and my wife were out of town. The officer recommended their tow company (Hadleys Towing) to haul it to their yard. Accident was Saturday 2pm, picked car up Tuesday 2pm (3 days in yard). Accident location was 3 miles from their yard......$555.00!In response to you response, thank you for asking about my daughter, she is OK, as for all the police officers and first responders that show up in peoples time of need....I truly appreciate them. I guess I just had sticker shock when I picked up the vehicle, but if thats the going rate these days, well, it is what it is. Thanks.

Hadley’s towing came through! Not only were they fast, professional, and took great care of me they also made me feel so safe, especially when you break down at 10:00 pm with your small son, you feel very helpless. Reading through the reviews of Hadley’s Towing after my accident made me nervous to deal with them. But, I had the best experience. All the way from the gentleman who towed my vehicle to the gentleman I spoke with at the main office. After the car was towed to the dealership for repairs, a rep from Randy Wise that is handling my vehicle even commented on how professional and nice the gentleman was who dropped my car off. Hadley’s was there as soon as PD called them for my car to be towed. No delays. So, thank you Hadley’s for making this experience a pleasant one!

Theyre the ones to call to get the job done. I was waiting 1.5 hours for another company to come out and tow my classic vehicle when I decided to call Hadleys.Hadleys came out within twenty minutes. Ive had a lot of vehicles towed in my life unfortunately so Ive witnessed a lot of vehicles loaded on a flat bed.Colin provided superb service and didnt have any hesitation or question of where to hook the vehicle or how to properly load it and unload it. So not only was Hadleys prompt with arrival, thanks to Colin I was given efficient loading and unloading of the vehicle. I cant thank Hadleys and Colin enough. There wasnt a single point where I was worried about my vehicle being handled properly.

My friend who is on very hard times (cancer survior) had a minor accident which required her car to be towed away. I tried settling the towing bill multiple times by signing over the vehicles title in exchange for the towing bill. The vehicle was worth no more than a few hundred dollars but this company tried billing a sick unemployed woman over a thousand dollars in towing & storage fees . Absolutely reprehensible! Even after receiving the title to the vehicle the original bill was placed in collection. Obviously a scam well orchestrated.

Hadleys Towing has been hauling for my company for over 2 years now, the drivers are always smiling, attentive and pay attention to detail. When reading other reviews, I urge you to understand the industry they are in. This family owned and operated company has a genuine, strong culture about them and will always make things right. There is no shortage of integrity, and they will prove it.

We had to get our car from Highland to Southfield and have already dumped ALOT of money into it and about to do alot more. The fact we had to have it towed was daunting. We called around Hadley by far was the best price! Brandon Hatcher called when on way, was on time, he hooked it up and was out in a timely manner as we had to leave for work. Great company and great price. Will defintily reccomend and use in the future when and if needed!

Ms.Angie was so polite,pleasant and very helpful when I came in and asked about my chevy sonic. The driver also kept me calm after my accident and was also very nice. Best towing service Ive had the pleasure to work with in a long time. The office,parking lot and car yard were also very clean and orderly. I highly recommend this company.

Angie was great, friendly and helpful. Helped us remove items from vehicle and even offered umbrella to use while waiting for tow truck. Had to make follow up call to confirm vehicle had not been released before making drive out to facility. Kyle at main office took extra step to place me on hold while calling Angie to verify truck was still on the property.

Arrived in half an hour as promised. Amazingly fast once they arrived. Driver Fred was very nice and helpful. Even got the car in our driveway!

Our roadside assistance company called them to come and change our flat tire. We were about a mile from their office but it took over two hours for them to show up. The guy that showed up couldn’t get the tire off with his hand tool and he didn’t have his electric tool so he couldn’t do anything. He charged $75 even though he didn’t do anything.So...took forever to respond, didn’t have the tools to do a basic job, and charged us for not improving our situation. If that’s the service you are looking for, give them a call!

I would recommend Hadleys to anyone I know! My boyfriend was stranded in downtown Detroit with a flat tire during the polar vortex frigid temperatures (he didnt have the wheel lock to change the tire in case youre questioning 😊). His roadside assistance would not help him out to get a tow truck until the following morning...they told him to call 911...😐 Also, the other tow companies we called were quoting the following morning due to being backed up with the weather (inconvenient but understansable). I called Hadleys and Kiel Hern dispatched a very kind and professional driver immediately, and was to the car from farmington to his vehicle is 25 minutes! The kind driver had my boyfriends car to the infinity dealership in under an hour. Hadleys, you saved the evening after a rough couple of days for him over his birthday, thank you!

I had the best experience with them when I needed help and was broke down.They were also very caring, and compassionate. The tow truck driver was so nice, professional and very skilled..I might add that he was cute too. I will recommend Hadleys highly.

Very nice very straight to the point no lies

The worst place to get your car towed by, especially after an accident. Of course there’s no choice who tows your car in those circumstances. All of my personal belongings were in the car, my purse, wallet, house keys, cards etc. Trying to get my stuff, just so I could get started to get my car out of their lot, they told me I couldn’t get anything out of the car unless I paid them what I owed. My car was in the lot over the holiday, despite them being 24/7 THEY ARE NOT. I had to call Michigan State Police to recieve my items. They let me know that this towing company couldn’t hold my personal items hostage over unpaid fees. My car was in an accident on New Year’s Eve, I got my car the second of the year. They will give you a hard time if you let them, go prepared when you have to deal with them. I WOULDNT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THEIR POSSESSION FOR MORE THAN A DAY!

By far the biggest scam of all towing companies, they charged me 640$ from novi to melvendale they are crooks and want to make you broke on top of having your car damaged already. If I could give lower than 0 I would
