Hands down, Paul is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. We live in the real world where things go wrong. I did not work with or meet with Paul and his team directly. However, he was the listing agent on a property which I was the buyer. He used deceptive real estate practices which would be considered unethical at best and borderline illegal at worst. For instance, he advertised the roof as being newer yet the inspection revealed it to be nearly 30 years old. He used photoshop (extremely poorly) in an attempt to hide an ugly broken slab of concrete near the houses exterior. Two days before closing, I found the listing back on Zillow.com with a new status of Back on the Market and listed as For Sale. I guess this could have been a technical error on Zillows behalf but it stayed on the market 3 days after closing which was highly suspicious. A week after closing, his realtor lock box remained on my doorknob as a final marker of his unprofessionalism.

I could not have had a better experience from start to finish. These are professionals and in this environment, you can not afford anything less. The understanding of the current market and what that meant to us for the sale of our home was spot on. The communication throughout the process was flawless. The closing was smooth and easy. Kristen was very patient with my Fiancee and I through our ~9 month search for the perfect home. We had a decent house already, and were very specific about our needs for a home.
