The worst realtor I have ever encountered. During my experience with Jim, he constantly lied and was extremely unethical. If you value your time and your sanity I strongly advise you to steer clear of this agent. Jim was the listing agent for a property I put an offer in and he consistently and undoubtedly lied to my agent. After putting an offer on the house we were told that there were no other offers and that if we raised our price the house would be ours. We obliged to THEIR counteroffer. Jim then told my agent that we got the house and the sellers accepted our offer. However, hours passed by and seller would not sign the paper but Jim ensured the house was ours and there was no other offer. He first said the seller didnt know they had to sign the papers, then he said that he couldnt get a hold of them, and finally he said that they were signing the papers in 15 mins. After the whole day, he got caught up with his lies and said the sellers had another offer and we had to match it. Our agent was so shocked by this and had not seen this kind of unethical and unprofessional behavior in his whole career.
