Back in 2019 I listed my home in Royal Oak, for sale with Ron Provenzano associated with Mark Z Realty.I had quotes from several other well known realtors in my area and was discouraged.  My concerns were beneath these almighty Realtors.When Ron came in and spoke with us, he was a breath of fresh air, all of a sudden, my concerns were focused upon.  We listed the home, had many showings, a good offer that fell through.My wife was diagnosed with a health condition and I had to withdraw my listing.  Ron was very supportive.After 2 years the health situation improved, I called Ron, he got back to me within 10 minutes.  He remembered our home and situation, he came and met with us that same evening.The market had changed in our favor since our first time working together, and I had thoughts of big bucks in my head.When I asked him what price we should list the home for he came in higher than I had been thinking, I didnt argue.The day the for sale sign was being placed in our yard we had an above price offer, the terms cash, as is.I asked Rons opinion, and he explained all the positives and negatives that I should consider.  I made some counter moves to Ron.
